TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came in an hour and thirty minutes ago asking for a simple order, paid for my food and was told it would take 10 minutes. That time passes, and then another ten.. and another. 30 minutes later I go up to the counter again and ask about my food that I've paid for. Again, I'm told ten minutes. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. I have never had to wait this long for chinese food ever. The food was not good. The rice was dry and had some extra crunchy pieces in it as though it was left over from being cooked multiple times, like end of the pot. There was no flavor, like I had to use the duck sauce just to eat it. The chicken was way over cooked and dry. Overall everthing is pretty good here , been going here since 2004 when I first moved here , and 20 years later ... still good , kind of a hole in the wall now but food is top 3 best Chinese restaurant in Springfield and it's not 3 !
