Overall everthing is pretty good here , been going here since 2004 when I first moved here , and 20 years later ... still good , kind of a hole in the wall now but food is top 3 best Chinese restaurant in Springfield and it's not 3 !

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came in an hour and thirty minutes ago asking for a simple order, paid for my food and was told it would take 10 minutes. That time passes, and then another ten.. and another. 30 minutes later I go up to the counter again and ask about my food that I've paid for. Again, I'm told ten minutes. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. I have never had to wait this long for chinese food ever. I understand being busy but I do not appreciate being lied to about the wait time, I would have already had my food if I took my money elsewhere. Update: just got my food, bussin. 1/5 to 3/5

Food is not bad places, extremely ghetto. They don't understand half of the words you're saying to take your order. And my food was sitting there for about 20 minutes before they gave it to me.

The food was not good. The rice was dry and had some extra crunchy pieces in it as though it was left over from being cooked multiple times, like end of the pot. There was no flavor, like I had to use the duck sauce just to eat it. The chicken was way over cooked and dry. There was so much batter on it, tho chunks just started falling off.As far as the service, I believe they just need to get better at giving guests estimates on their food and probably not ignoring them when they are asked a question, respectfully.As far as the atmosphere, seeing as it’s not dine in, I don’t think it would hurt to get a few more chairs for customers to sit while waiting.Parking: Parking is shared with the businesses that are around it so it can get pretty hard at times but luckily since it’s no longer dine in it can be fluid

This lady is so rude ,they food is OK I have order a few times ,anyway one day I called to put a order in ,and asked for honey mustard, that rude lady in the rudest voice we don't have honey mustard OK, I ment to say hot mustard smh if this were our own people treating us rude like this we would not go back! Also it's a Jamaican restaurant right across from them, but it looks like Black people rather spend money with them especially Sundays! We gotta do better!

DO NOT COME HERE! THIEVES. Grimy people. MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR CHANGE. Burnt shrimp lo mein. They stole a customers change instead of giving it back to them. Thats grimy behavior. He came back and asked for it and they told him he didnt leave any change. They got my order wrong and they made me give them back the egg rolls in order to get the correct part of my order. They charged me 7.99 for a 4.75 item on their menu and even though they got it wrong i still had to pay the above price for the egg rolls and return it. Will be reporting it to the BBB. They also don't deliver and it's dirty. Sad place
