“Casa Bella's has become one of our favorite restaurants to dine at. The reason is the food is good, the atmosphere is very good but the service staff is exceptional! Every waitress and waiter we've had there is extremely polite, friendly and outgoing. But I have to give a special shoutout to Alijha. This young lady always has a smile on her face while making sure you have a great dining experience. We typically give thanks before we eat and not realizing it Alijha came over to our table of eight just as I was about to pray. So (just jokingly not knowing if she had any religious background) I asked her if she would say grace and without hesitating Alijha said the most beautiful prayer. Telling us later she had never done that before. Now we have her say it every time she waits on us. LolSorry for the rant. I just thought it was pretty special!“

“My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Figlio’s last night.From Bernie at the door, ,to our waitress and Chef Bobby we were well taken care of.The five corse dinner was delicious. Our dinner was served at a leisurely pace and we were able to fully enjoy each course. “We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“

“As I was visiting my cousin and we ate at this remarkable restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and totally affordable! ? I ordered an eggplant ? and garlic calzone thinking it was going to be a small portion. To my surprise ? it was HUGE for only $15!!!! I ate a quarter of it and was so stuffed. I had to get a to-go-container. My family ordered spaghetti ? and large meatballs. They couldn't finish their portions either.Unfortunately the service was not my cup of tea. Extremely disappointed. I had to bag my own food and wait a considerably long time to be served. Somewhat ignored by the waiter.I would have given this restaurant a one star or negative zero star rating because of the poor customer service. “My coworker and myself have yet to have a bad lunch from Frankie's - our latest lunch just two simple chefs salads both with Italian dressing and it may ne silly but the dressing was clearly handmade (or at least tweaked) and the bread that came with it was very fresh and even the small detail of the lettuce being chopped made it the perfect chefs salad. The food was ready quite fast!! you could tell the food was homemade , the mozzarella sticks were out of this world! Overall we were very pleased with our experience!“

“It's been more than a year since I've broken bread at the Villa and they did not dissappoint. Sunday dinner with my mother and family. My mother said it was the freshest salad she ever had and her chicken saltimboca was perfectly tender. We had pescatore over pasta (mine with risotto) and shrimp alfredo for the kid. It was all exceptional with great portions. My mother finished with the creme brulee and made sure we all knew how difficult it was to make good custard. Nicky the chef is a real pro. “Love this place ! The original Mario’s in the 80’s snd 90’s on State St in Springfield was one of our favorites ever and was so excited to see it reincarnated in East Longmeadow a few years back. It’s taken time to get it right but the food, friendly service and ambience is perfect. It’s full of regulars at the bar , which we love because it’s friendly , you can hear yourself talk , great live music 3 nights a week, Keno, just a fun time. “We ate at De Nardo's on a Saturday evening. I had spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had the grilled chicken salad. Both were very generously portioned. We could not eat It all ( I think that my portion was the equivalent of a full box of spaghetti, and a large basket of bread accompanied our meals). Our service was good; our waitress was friendly. There are photographs on the walls and this place has a family vibe. They serve good basic food that is well prepared, it was not busy, we could take our time to eat, and it "hit the spot" on a cold night. This restaurant is a nice choice for evenings when you want to eat a leisurely "comfort food" type Italian dinner. We look forward to returning.“

“Village pizza has great food. But what sets them apart is that they really know their customers. If I call up for delivery they already know my name. Address. Form of payment without me saying anything. They even know my typical order and that I want them to call me when they get to my building so I can be at the door. Also. They are always on time with deliveries. I’m a huge fan of the place.“

Ended up getting the bucket which came w a nice portion of bread (used to soak up that delicious sauce).Service was fast and food came out hot. Only reason I have Service 4 starts instead of 5 was due to that fact that I couldn't hear the person taking my order.
