“I don't get this place as far as the quality of the pizza is concerned. Their Amhest pizza is the best, so good you can't stop. Get any other pizza and it's meh, at best. There's a weird white, cheap tasting nachos like cheese they put on some of these that just ruin it. A plain ole pepperoni is just blah, the easiest one to make. What I don't get is the pizzas by the slice look amazing, a far cry from what you pick up.”

“We visited Mario’s for the first time on Friday Feb 27th after seeing a Facebook ad for their fish and chips dinner. We were beyond surprised and very pleased with the entire experience. The fish and chips was the best we have had, the waitress was very attentive and friendly. Although the place is small it was super busy with lots of take out orders but that didn’t affect the dining room orders coming out in a timely fashion. We most definitely will be visiting again real soon to see what other delicious choices they have on their menu. Great job Mario see you again soon.”

“Wow! The Ribeye & the Caesar salad & Clam chowder was the best meal I have had in a long time. My grandkids are 4 & 2 years old & ate all their dinner & wanted more. We did take out & it was outstanding. The staff was great & I’ll be back weekly!”

“Had a wonderful lunch there on 6/11. The sandwiches were perfect as was the soup and the owner and her sandwich wizard were a pleasure to talk to. They said they have a food truck, so keep an eye out for it. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Wasn't sure what to expect from this pizza place! No up to date menu online, website or much for social media presence, but after eating I appreciate what they are going for! Quaint, old school, simple, hole in the wall, but very clean inside. Most importantly though is the pizza and it was impressive! Can't remember the last time I ordered bacon on a pizza and got actual strips! The toppings were delicious and clearly fresh. I wasn't huge on the doughiness and density of the crust, but that issue luckily didn't carry over to the bread underneath the pizza itself. Truthfully, it wasn't enough for me to knock them down a star. Special take out place here in Monson.. will be back!”
