Wendy's is a restaurant that serves great food, but falls short in other areas. The service can be pleasant, with staff apologizing for wait times and being nice. However, there have been instances where orders are not fulfilled correctly, with some customers receiving unwanted items. The restaurant also seems to have issues with organization, with staff members switching roles and struggling to complete tasks efficiently. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables and bathroom can be a concern. While the food is good, other aspects of the dining experience may leave something to be desired.
