After spending 20$ an entree your looking at a simple dish consisting of low cost ingredients undercooked inconsistent quality dependent on who is working and just small servings my side salad was the only edible thing in my order the buffalo chicken baked ziti was never baked it was a sea of hot sauce and cheese covering the crime scene of the single tenderloin that went into your meal 0/10 unless your into ordering online 35/40 minutes earlier and still having to wait 15 minutes while they scramble to make your dish completely loosing any hope of having a dinner during third shift Congratulations for your one star review you earned it.

Ordered delivery, im in a hotel on business trip. They delivered right to the room. They were very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions, and explained the items I inquired about. The food was the perfect temperature upon delivered and tasted excellent. Fresh crisp salad, delicious spaghetti, and meatballs, just the right heat Buffalo tenders. If I was a local I'd be a regular.

Never had a problem with them until today, ordered pasta and boneless wings, pasta was okay but mediocre, however the boneless wings were soggy and rubbery, to the point where the breading was already coming off before even picking one up. Mind you they weren’t ready when picked up so they were “fresh” and were opened not even 5 minutes later.. Called back to see what could be done possibly get refunded since they were basically un edible and was told they don’t do refunds but could go back and have some remade.. only to be told they wouldn’t give new wings unless they could see the old ones, which wasn’t mentioned on the phone. So basically drive all the way back, grab the wings go there for the 3rd time to prove they were gross like anyone would go through this much trouble to get free wings. Didn’t bother going back just to waste more time, and argue over unedible wings. Obviously won’t be going back not like they care but if you read this I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
