“Under new Ownership. The Grinders are really NOT GOOD Especially the ham & american "cheese". The American is the cheap fake like kraft singles type cheese. The food is also Quite Pricey, but who isn't. You can now order online now & its easy. The pizza and dinners are really good stick to that the grinders are REALLY bad. I'd eat subway over these grinders hands down.“
“We ate here tonight as a family of 6 and were so impressed! We chose to dine in and the food was incredible. We had the BLT, curly fries and 4 cheese and pesto pizza and Caesar salad. The portions were huge. Everything was spectacular. The staff was nice and attentive as well. We will definitely be back?“
“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. I go here for starters and seeds in the spring, little treats whenever I pass by, and ice cream in the summer time with family. They also have a beautiful selection of fresh cut flowers. “We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“
“Auntie Cathie’s is an absolute gem. A gluten free persons paradise, I have not had one thing that isn’t absolutely delicious. Gluten free food is usually horrible and bland but not here, they make everything with love and it’s outstanding. Such kind people every time I stop in, thank you for doing that you do!!“

“The food is always delicious. Never a complaint there. The food has gotten much more expensive in the past year- a salad up 4.50 cents. And then if you use a card there is a fee which who doesn’t these days. The wait times for food to go are always long. Overall, I love the food so I will keep coming back. However, due to the cost and inconvenience of time, I won’t be back as often. Meals are usually in the 15-20 range and if you get a delicious cupcake or cake on display, you’re paying almost $50 for lunch’s“
“The corned beef hash isn't homemade which was unfortunate. They use canned hash but they do throw in real corned beef which yes it made the difference and tasted rather good but that doesn't make it homemade. My husband got the silver spoon special and it was very good ! Good servings of toast the eggs were good and the homefries were good as well just a tad thicker then he expected but tasted good and bacon was cooked perfectly. Overall a good first experience and was done quicker then the wait time they initially gave. A pretty good breakfast spot overall“
“Love the energy in here which makes it a Western-Massachusetts must-visit. Burgers are delicious and you can top it all off with an ice cream afterwards. Not sure if it's a seasonal item, but the cheeseburger chowder was very good too!“
“Ordered food for 70 people for a wedding luncheon from this place. The pernil and arroz con gandules was delicious. Also ordered roast chicken and green salad. We had to wait to place an order, but were treated very nicely. We also asked to have the food delivered to a place that was about 20 minutes away. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It looked good and tasted great! I was worried that the salad would be brown and wilted, but it looked like a picture out of a magazine and was fresh and crisp. (I never tried the chicken, but there were no leftovers.) I would not hesitate to place a big order with this restaurant and will certainly consider them again next time I have a big party. Mi gente, esto es Boricua Power!!!“
“Very nice lunch at the Westwood, with friends and wife. Traveled hours to meet for lunch.Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Waitress was very nice and took time to answer questions and explain some dishes.Even though other patrons were seated near, noise level was not loud at all. Unlike many other restaurants that we have ate at.Finally, needless to say, every meal was excellent and not one complaint was voiced.Everything was Excellent !“
“I have been to Drunken Rabbit a couple of times. I love that they have a wide selection of beer to choose from and a great menu that pairs well with the beer. Each time I've been there, I have ordered different things. For the beer, I can't remember what I ordered, but they were good. For food, I've had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the poutine tater tots. I would absolutely order those again. I love that Drunken Rabbit offers a variety of events. Both times I've been there, they had an event going on (cookie swap during the holidays and a glass painting night). I enjoy hearing about the events during their ads on the radio.“
“You can have it as spicy or not spicy but it’s very good, noted throughout the Springfield area and there’s actually a finding of beers that are from India (I didn’t forget that) but overall it’s worth it & unsure of their East Longmeadow branch but you have to go there for yourself.“
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My boyfriend’s birthday was Easter Sunday, and I had no time to order a special cake for him or bake anything myself. I’ve never been to Cerrato’s before but I’ve heard great things. I took this as an opportunity to go in and see what they had. When I tell you this place is amazing, I mean it! They had so many different options to choose from, but my bf loves chocolate cake so I got the fudge cake. It’s the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. It was rich, moist, chocolately, and made with love. Absolutely delicious. Everyone raved over it. The price was incredible also. Will be coming back for more!“

“At first, I thought that the Light Stroll was a bit pricey, especially for a big family. However, I can say confidently that it is worth every penny!! It is beautiful, creative, and an overall great atmosphere. I hope that they continue to put this on. We enjoyed last year and this year and I anticipate coming back with the family many more times. “My daughter took me here a few times....I got the meatball sub. I am reediting my post here because I was very disappointed. I got the sub each time because the roll was the perfect size. Not too bready....and full size smaller meatballs that were whole that fit the sub perfectly. I went last night for the first time in a while and was so looking forward to it. I was very disappointed. They changed to roll.... too much bread and the meatballs were a little bigger but cut in half. Not happy whatsoever. I will not be coming back.“
“Great place to go for a tasty craft beer!Small parking lot in front of the entrance, with another lot located just across the street. The inside is clean, and very well kept. The beer selection is great if you enjoy IPAs, other beer styles and seltzers are limited. The newly opened kitchen had some good options and the food was hot and fresh.The mens bathroom was probably the cleanest of any brewery. Seriously, the staff does a great job in keeping the whole place clean and presentable. The bar staff is top notch; even during the comedy event the staff quickly and quietly came to tables to clean up glasses and offer to bring more drinks (they might be ninjas).Overall, don't hesitate to stop by. The place is clean with close parking, delicious beers and great staff. Definitely check them out.“
“A pretty good selection of items and for the most part at very fair prices. It is a mid size store but you have a lot of the key items one would look for. There are fresh and frozen items as well as pantry and ready to eat prepared meals. The service was very friendly, and for the most part many items were not expired but it's always good to check as some things may sit more than others. Parking was easy and a private lot. I will most certainly return here again in the future.“
