My friend and I sought out an establishment supposedly serving peruvian chicken. On the building outside it said Dominica Republic which Im sure has it's own recipes. My friend said, it is not Peruvian chicken. She has eaten it in several other places.The woman gave us samples of chicken, pork and beef, maybe; they were all very dry. You know that saying "you don't know what you had until it's gone". Unfortunately, we only went there a few times after coming to Chicopee. The pork & chicken were always so juicy. The lady who owned it was super nice! Sad that it's gone, Owner had to leave the country to take care of family. I wish her well!
