“Had a great evening at the Rail Trail Ale House! I really wanted to sit outside, but unfortunately there was a chance of rain so they said no.

They have a good selection of beers. We both had burgers and they were juicy and delicious. Their fries really stole the show though, so fresh and perfectly fried.

The service was mediocre and the restaurant was a cluttered feeling (cleaning supplies and menus about).“

“I pulled in Saturday morning at 8 o’clock in the morning and do you know how refreshing it is to have customer service through the roof? Employees greeting you with a smile and talking to you with dignity looking like they’re happy to be at work. I would drive the extra mile just to come to this McDonald’s. Phenomenal customer service. I wish I could hire these employees for my businesses.“

“I have always had a positive experience at this Subway, it’s actually one of the better ones because the employees care. There’s an older gentleman there, I think his name is Karl, he’s very helpful and friendly.“

“sent my roommate to get me a chicken sandwich with a coupon I am handicapped I cannot make it there because I am unable to walk and because he had already bought one and in a different coupon for me doing that allow it he said the person that had to be there I've called up the manager and told them I am handicapped would you please let it go through and refuse me so now I'm handicap and can't walk there I am also hungry in handicap now because hurricane has some stupid thing and really just could not help out of handicapped person I'm really disappointed in their staff and this company for denying me my food and handicapped and all my situation I'm really disappointed I've been going there for years and I know half the people that are with there and I just really disappointed in management today denied me my meal could not help out a handicapped guy get a meal what the f***“

“Waited over half an hour for my food, way past the time my app said it would be ready. The workers told us they hadn’t started it 20 mins after I ordered. They also messed up my order. I just want to better understand why online pickup orders are so low on the priority list. 4 stars because I will give the benefit of the doubt, and maybe this was just a very busy day for the staff.“

“I work in transportation and travel all over New England and eat at many Subway restaurants. This restaurant was by far, the cleanest I have visited. The ingredients were fresh and service was with a smile. I will be sure to stop by again when I am in the neighborhood.“

“Some of the best grinders around. Tryed h&m next door which is more well known for their grinders but was highly disappointed. From their East Hartford location to this one I highly suggest trying a grinder. Hot or cold both are real good!“

“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside of the restaurant.“
