I hope to have my next birthday party there! I also want to watch football this year on the badass back patio. I may even bring my extremely attractive wife on a hot date and crush some chicken wings. The possibilities are endless at a spot like this! I cant wait to return!“

Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. I believe we should reward the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, which is why I’m writing this review. When I needed assistance with my order, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and resolved it instantly with a great attitude. I also watched her gracefully de-escalate a customer issue that could have easily become difficult. While the manager on duty was less than polite over a minor request and walked away, Sara remained completely patient, polite, and highly professional, keeping her focus entirely on taking care of the guest. In my experience, although I do not frequent fast food establishments regularly, it is rare to see their employees who are this attentive, poised, and genuinely concerned for the customer experience. Sara stood out in the best way possible, and corporate and franchise leadership need to recognize her for her exceptional service and leadership potential. She is an absolute asset to this team! Sometimes the simplest positive action or communication can change the entire outlook of someone’s day. We all need to remember that.“

“Some of the best grinders around. Tryed h&m next door which is more well known for their grinders but was highly disappointed. From their East Hartford location to this one I highly suggest trying a grinder. Hot or cold both are real good!“

“I don’t do delivery here because they use Doordash for delivery services. But when I do pick up it’s pretty safe. They re-made my pizza fresh the other day because they gave me the wrong order. Only took an extra 15 minutes and it was perfect. It’s a good amount of food for the price and the toppings are always consistent.“

“sent my roommate to get me a chicken sandwich with a coupon I am handicapped I cannot make it there because I am unable to walk and because he had already bought one and in a different coupon for me doing that allow it he said the person that had to be there I've called up the manager and told them I am handicapped would you please let it go through and refuse me so now I'm handicap and can't walk there I am also hungry in handicap now because hurricane has some stupid thing and really just could not help out of handicapped person I'm really disappointed in their staff and this company for denying me my food and handicapped and all my situation I'm really disappointed I've been going there for years and I know half the people that are with there and I just really disappointed in management today denied me my meal could not help out a handicapped guy get a meal what the f***“

“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside of the restaurant.“
