“I really don’t want to jinx my good luck — however it appears management / cooperate finally listened to all of the horrible and valid feedback and made some much needed changes. We have avoided this place like the plague after several awful experiences. Haven’t been in an extremely long time. Problems varied from missing items, horrible customer service, picking up a to go order that simple had two taco shells in it with a scoop of beans— the list never ended. Not to mention the cleanliness was absolutely absurd. With THAT being said - we went once when we were in a rush recently and had a pleasantly good experience. We have since tried our luck 3-4 more times and lo and behold - very good experiences every time. Please baby Jesus continue on this path because we need a good Chipolte nearby!“

“My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!“

Anna stopped by my table, checked in on me, and we had a wonderful, friendly conversation—she truly embodies what great service looks like! To top it all off, they were handing out samples of the Strawberry Hibiscus tea and even came by later to offer mints. As a side note for parents: the bathrooms were absolutely spotless and super kid-friendly, which is a massive plus. This team goes above and beyond. 5 stars all day!“

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

“Yes the burger and Cajun fries were good, but it was the milkshake that made my day. I took advantage of their mix-ins to get a very creative milkshake, and was impressed by the quality of the mixing: despite the solid stuff added, I was able to drink the whole delicious thing through a straw without leaving anything stuck at the bottom (picture for proof).“

Even if I do custom food orders it's amazing how good they are at actually getting things right I'm number one to that taco bell I never get sick. I don't get heart burn. The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. “We stopped by to try the food here, first time we ordered and waited only a few minutes, great service, friendly we met the owner Prince, what a great business owner, very impressive, we also met his sister, it’s also a store inside you can grab a quick soda or even get a scratch timer while you wait, the food came out and it was the best checking we have had in the past 5 years! Better than any take out place. I will be back, 10 out of 10! Great job cooking and great job with customers! “This place is on the eastbound side of I-90 at Ludlow plaza. I can speak about the inside. As we went through the drive-thru. I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger and fries were very fresh! In face the fries were too hot to eat for a minute. A great McDonald’s!

“I’m not a big taco fan, but I walked over from the Holiday Inn tonight ordered two steak quesadillas and one chicken and a large Pepsi and I just wanna say the food is great. You convinced me to be a Taco Bell purchaser thanks for the good food, clean food and hot food. Five star.“

“Tacobell is my favorite fast food place and this location is no exception. I enjoy stopping by for lunch every now and again and the food is always great. I will note when you order extra chicken on 2 of the same items 1 might have extra chicken and the other will have the standard amount. A little strange but im assuming they didnt notice both on the ticket said extra chicken. Other than that 1 thing this place has been great and always makes orders as specified.“
