“I really don’t want to jinx my good luck — however it appears management / cooperate finally listened to all of the horrible and valid feedback and made some much needed changes. We have avoided this place like the plague after several awful experiences. Haven’t been in an extremely long time. Problems varied from missing items, horrible customer service, picking up a to go order that simple had two taco shells in it with a scoop of beans— the list never ended. Not to mention the cleanliness was absolutely absurd. With THAT being said - we went once when we were in a rush recently and had a pleasantly good experience. We have since tried our luck 3-4 more times and lo and behold - very good experiences every time. Please baby Jesus continue on this path because we need a good Chipolte nearby!“

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

Love this Taco Bell but her actitud is not the best one.“

“We stopped by to try the food here, first time we ordered and waited only a few minutes, great service, friendly we met the owner Prince, what a great business owner, very impressive, we also met his sister, it’s also a store inside you can grab a quick soda or even get a scratch timer while you wait, the food came out and it was the best checking we have had in the past 5 years! Better than any take out place. I will be back, 10 out of 10! Great job cooking and great job with customers! “Burger King is my first choice for fast food burgers. They always have been. Fresh onions and pickles and I just love the fry’s. The buns are fresh and their nuggets are better than the other fast food restaurants to me. My car know where to turn and its into Burger King. The sausage biscuits and breakfast burritos are delicious. I just had the Whopper Jr meal and it was GOOD!“

“I work in transportation and travel all over New England and eat at many Subway restaurants. This restaurant was by far, the cleanest I have visited. The ingredients were fresh and service was with a smile. I will be sure to stop by again when I am in the neighborhood.“

The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. It’s peaceful, freshly cleaned in the morning. 🧼🧹 There are some characters as usual but it’s a clean location with clean restrooms. 🚻

During other hours, I can’t say this is the best place to be… but it’s one of the better McD’s in the area compared to others downtown!“

“I want to give a massive, well-deserved shout-out to Sara Gauthier at the West Springfield location. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. I believe we should reward the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, which is why I’m writing this review. When I needed assistance with my order, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and resolved it instantly with a great attitude. I also watched her gracefully de-escalate a customer issue that could have easily become difficult. While the manager on duty was less than polite over a minor request and walked away, Sara remained completely patient, polite, and highly professional, keeping her focus entirely on taking care of the guest. In my experience, although I do not frequent fast food establishments regularly, it is rare to see their employees who are this attentive, poised, and genuinely concerned for the customer experience. Sara stood out in the best way possible, and corporate and franchise leadership need to recognize her for her exceptional service and leadership potential. She is an absolute asset to this team! Sometimes the simplest positive action or communication can change the entire outlook of someone’s day. We all need to remember that.“

“This place is on the eastbound side of I-90 at Ludlow plaza. I can speak about the inside. As we went through the drive-thru. I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger and fries were very fresh! In face the fries were too hot to eat for a minute. A great McDonald’s!

Parking: Free parking, but it’s on I-90 so there are tolls.“

“I don’t do delivery here because they use Doordash for delivery services. But when I do pick up it’s pretty safe. They re-made my pizza fresh the other day because they gave me the wrong order. Only took an extra 15 minutes and it was perfect. It’s a good amount of food for the price and the toppings are always consistent.“

“The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...“

“They're always nice when we go there. We're in there a lot so it's always a great time catching up with them.

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“
