“I visited subway a couple of nights ago. I wanted to find out what their new menu was all about. I wanted to let you know that the young guy working there was great ! He was so cordial, polite, and explained everything to me. How it works, what the ingredients were, everything I wanted to know. Just wanted you to know he was an excellent representative of your business. In this day of abysmal customer service, Jacob is outstanding. He needs his own franchise He should be encouraged because he is great at his job. Please let him know about this review. “If you're in need of a quick and satisfying meal, Wendy's is definitely worth checking out. While their menu may be a bit overpriced for fast food, the quality of their burgers is certainly a step above other fast food chains.I recently ordered a few Dave's burgers and while they were tasty, I couldn't help but think that the price was a bit steep for what you get. This is especially true for their kids' menu, which could definitely use some revamping. The burgers are simply too small for growing kids, which often means having to order the more expensive Dave's burgers instead.Despite the price, my family and I still enjoy Wendy's as a treat every other month or so. Compared to McDonald's, Wendy's burgers are simply better in taste and quality. Plus, the service is efficient and the locations are convenient.Overall, while Wendy's may not be the most budget-friendly option, it's definitely worth trying if you're looking for a quick meal that's a step above the typical fast food experience.“

“My drive thru trip was above amazing(mind you it was 5 minutes before closing...p.s. I didn't know..it was my 1st time going there!) The gentleman (I believe the owner) went above and beyond to get me what I needed for my dad. He was just the nicest person ever..I apologized for coming at closing but he said ..no worries and and he was happy to do so. I just want to say a BIG THANKYOU and my dad really enjoyed his dinner.. the hush puppies and the story!! The food was really good and loved the big onion rings too. “One of the best Filet-O-Fish I've had at a McDonald's [Ludlow MA]Today was all travel day for us and because of unexpected delays that we experienced during our flight time and car rental issues our schedule got out of whack. This was one of the fast food places we found on the way. This was the first time ever I've seen the original mascot Speedee at a McDonald's. I didn't know there was a different mascot prior to Ronald McDonald. This little guy is a jaunty, pudgy, winking little chef with a hamburger for a head and a chef's hat meant to advertise McDonald's speedy service. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of him ¯\_('~')_/¯ He was also the first company logo before the use of the arches design from 1962. They retired Mr Speedee in 1962, one year after they started using the arches. The Golden Arches is how I identify McDonald's.Some older McDonald's stores still have a Speedee sign in front. This location looks like a new or re-built one without updating the sign. It was pretty neat to see.Loved how they made their Filet-O-Fish. Tasty, fresh, and delicious. Good amount of tartar sauce too! Friendly service. This McDonald's is located at a Gulf gas station in Ludlow MA.Review #3007“
“Very efficient, professional employee quickly prepared four sandwiches perfectly. Food and bread were all 100% fresh. Highly recommend double meat on a smaller sandwich for more protein with less bread. Sparkling clean environment conveniently located inside Walmart. “I went to subway with my toddler I and got a tuna sub with jalapeno peppers and tuna on his and the lady wasn't wearing a hair net or hat (important) then I got a all veggie sub and was surprised when they didn't have peanut butter. The food was fine except for the 2 foot long hairs I'my suns sub I was worried he would of choked on them (very scary). The workers were fine I guess but the floor was so sticky I could barely lift my foot. But despite all of that the food was great would recommend.“

As a business owner, I look for the A's of a business, starting with "Atmosphere." Walking in the restaurant was very clean, smelled pleasant (not bleached) and was bright and "Appealing!"My wife and I being first time customers to this McDonalds were greeted with an upbeat and welcoming "Attitude" without any pushy pressure to decide on what we wanted to order or being directed to the McD's in store kiosk to place our order. Rarely a fan of fast food and unfamiliar with the breakfast menu options, my wife and I were unsure what meals and deals were available? "Acknowledging" my wife and I having difficulty figuring things out, our server Sabrina pleasantly offered us some helpful "Advice" and suggestions we could decide from.Sabrina was patient with us and very pleasant while ordering our meals. It was clear to us her Asst. Manager Tina(?) expedited with experience, encouraging her crew and ensuring close "Attention" was given to each order (not just ours) to ensure it would be prepared and severed promptly and exactly as ordered.With the restaurant being so clean and the "Ambiance" being bright and upbeat in the restaurant we chose to dine inside which is rare for us with a Fast Food place. Our meals were prepared and served perfectly as ordered and we enjoyed our hot and delicious breakfast in a restaurant that is a cut "Above" the rest! Looking at all the "Accomplished A's" of this restaurant and it's employees, they are deserving of the greatest "A" that says it all for any business and this McDonald's in Belchertown, MA...
