I got a meatball sub, the last informed me unit would take about 8 minutes to be ready so I waiting and told her to take her time I didn't want to go home to find there cold in the middle, she was great and patient and great attitude, great experience.
Placed an online order. It literally tells them what to put on the sandwiches. I ordered extra cheese; I didn't get any cheese. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted; it was not. My daughter ordered oil & vinegar; there was none. It is not that hard to read a piece of paper and put an order together. Come on, Subway! Hire literate people, please.
