Drive thru employees are always on point only time I’d not go is at night closer to closing time when they seem to be understaffed. The morning crew is top notch for any McDonalds I’ve been to. When the apps codes don’t go through management often just hand inputs a discount unlike other restaurant locations. The atmosphere is great it just seems like when you go inside you are tended to less promptly then while in drive thru but nothing is perfect and it’s always clean.

Been going here for 30 plus years always great service. Family is good people.Parking: Additional parking across the street.Elders that struggle walking may need to park closer due to no crosswalk.

I just stopped in on the way while traveling. The store is in Chicopee at the head of 291. Clean store very friendly with great service. Congrats to staff and owner. Food fresh and warm as expected.
