A food truck in La Quinta parking lot around 100 Congress St., but it's anything but basic! So much awesome good Caribbean food, awesome mofongo (but with sweet plantains? I was told it's different.) I got the camarones a la criolla and it was so garlicky and delicious. I thought to take a photo too late! Expect to pay ~$20 to $30 for a platter but it's worth it!
