Service very good. Food average
I stopped at a Ruby Tuesday driving home from Myrtle Beach. Sadly there are none left in my state (Massachusetts). I had a BOGO Email, but the waitress needed to see an actual code. That meant I needed to week on my phone a bit. Find the app, load the app from the Play Store, change my password,find the code, etc. The young waitress was on me every 2 minutes. Ruby Tuesday in Windsor Locks CT offers a great dining experience with delicious dishes like Ribeye Steak and Baked Potato complemented by Electric Lemonade cocktails. The salad bar is amazing, and the atmosphere is very comforting. The bartender provides excellent service, making the visit top-notch. Some customers find the portions small and prices high, but the server fixed issues like a boss. The manager tried to help, bringing out the wrong food, but the server corrected it. Ruby Tuesday remains a reliable choice for a good meal.
