I went to this Ruby Tuesday in Windsor locks CT&I was Very Surprised by How Great This Restaurant was! Because of the fact that I got a Very Delicious Ribeye Steak with Baked potato&Was able to have an Electric Lemonade Alcoholic cocktail ? which was Awesome! I Say This as an ACTUAL FACT This Ruby Tuesday &The Bartender who took Excellent Care of me is By Far Top Notch in my Accurate Review I'm Submitting Tonight 04/18/24! Thanks to Meghan (Bartender)

Very small portions, over priced but I do like the food. I only go with the discount BOGO. I think Ruby's can do alot better by bring these restaurants up to date and redesign the worn dated look. Plastic glasses cracked, cheap silverware, cracked worn seating, bathroom etc need some attention.Go to do better than the fast food chains.Needs to reinvent with a new image and redesign as a restaurant.

The food is decent but the major turn off is the horrible service, it literally took like an hour and 45 minutes for me and my family to receive our food. And on top of that our Waiter never check on us to make sure we were good. Seems like they’re always understaff I can see now why there’s only like two Ruby Tuesdays locations left In CT. Management sucks and this place is holding on for dear life.

Have been to Ruby Tuesday before, always a good experience. Party of three seated in the bar, seemed short staffed in the dining room. Bartender was our server. Wait time seemed long, took a while to order, food took a while, one order was wrong. Pricy as well, $97 for three not counting tip.
