Slow service and my food was kind of cold, but the customer service was decent and I didn’t feel like going back into complain. I received better customer service today from here rather than the nasty Taco Bell across the street. This location needs to work on working together as a team because the communication was all over the place and it shouldn’t be like that when it comes to something as simple as fast food… could be why my food was pretty much cold and...read full review
This Wendy's gets my order wrong almost every time I come and the service is inconsistent.
(Full disclosure: I’m in the food service industry and now work in restaurant management.)
Tonight I stopped in at the Rt. 75 Wendy’s in Windsor Locks. Lots of fast food options in the area and I definitely made the right choice.
The drive through was somewhat busy and there was a moderate wait. The person who took my order (Damion, according to my receipt) was super friendly and very efficient. Good customer service is greatly appreciated and often hard...read full review

Wendy's offers good food at a reasonable price, with some items like senior cups costing extra. The food is fresh and satisfying, whether dining in or taking out. The drive-thru service is usually good, but the cleanliness inside the restaurant could be improved, with reports of broken toilet paper and paper towel holders. Despite this, the staff is generally kind, and the manager, Cove, has been known to provide excellent customer service. The menu includes classic options like the spicy chicken sandwich combo, baked potato, and large chili, as well as a variety of salads. While the restaurant may have occasional challenges, Wendy's remains a convenient option for a quick and satisfying meal.
