“I had a situation where I got home and part of my order was missing. No big deal, humans make mistakes. I called in and spoke to Krystal and she said to come in and she would take care of it. I didn't have my receipt when I retuned today. But another manager, Nicole, was amazing. She didnt give me a hard time about it and was actually very pleasant. Right away you can tell they care about their customers. They have seen me a bunch in the store and they made me feel like they never wanted that to stop. In a time when so many are in customer service and actually loathe it, it is so refreshing to find the few that treat their customers the way I would. I love this place and I’ll certainly be back. “My daughter in law bought me a large new England salad 3 weeks ago . I ate 2 days off of it. It was the best. So I invited my friend and neighbor to join me today. “I love this restaurant. The food is always good and the female wait staff is great. The males, are on the rude side....one time throwing steak knives across the table when we requested them to cut our steaks. Every time we dine here, I am so annoyed with the lighting. Fluorescent lighting in a fine dining establishment is the worst. Please...please ...please put in recessed lighting that can be dimmed to make for a romantic dining experience.“

“Stopped by for the first time today, first briefly just to get a bubble tea to go and then a couple hours later after walking around the town to get a late lunch. We got drunken noodles, yellow curry, and gyoza - all very delicious! The spice level was great and it didn't take long to get our food. The staff were kind and attentive and the owner(?) was too and indulged all our questions even the weird ones lol. The location is nice though restaurant itself is pretty small and I think maybe doing away with the table on the right by the front door would be better for to-go orders waiting but otherwise it was a nice place! Will try and visit again soon!“

Tonight it was especially good our waiter Alex and the Manager Wilmamarie were incredibly caring when assisting me with ordering and cooking food that I can eat given my food and allergy restrictions! “We had such a wonderful experience at Joey’s Garlic! The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the penne a la vodka, shrimp scampi, and fried calamari, and every dish was full of flavor. The portions were huge—definitely family-style! Honestly, one plate would have been enough for both of us, and we still had plenty of leftovers to enjoy at home. The restaurant itself has a beautiful setting with an industrial hipster vibe, warm lighting, and a fun flare that makes the atmosphere really inviting. “I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

“Service was outstanding. Owner explained specials walked around visiting customers making sure everything was great. Started with shrimp cocktail and stuffed mushrooms. Moved into the scallop dinner and wife had a pasta dish oh and the homemade soup then dessert all food was incredible can’t say enough good about this place“

“I think this must be a training issue because it’s new this year and happens every single time - I never get my drink. I order on the app and sit at a table. I get my food, and then they walk away. Once in awhile they bring me my drink, but usually not before I’m done with my food. This is at the least the fifth time this has happened here, maybe closer to the tenth.“

Anna stopped by my table, checked in on me, and we had a wonderful, friendly conversation—she truly embodies what great service looks like! “This dining spot is located in the Marriott Hotel on Day Hill Road. After work, my guest and I stopped in for apps and drinks. We enjoyed the Point Judith Calamari and the wings.
The inviting atmosphere and excellent service make this dining experience a plus for business travelers. The menu is a little pricey but not out of line for 4-star hotels.

Will definitely come back for lunch or dinner.“

“showed up around 11:30am and order a breakfast sandwich. they made it in a fairly short time and it was quite tasty. The service was okay, prices were kinda high, but prices everywhere is high other than that I have no complaints. I recommend visiting if in the neighborhood.

Parking: in front and side of business, roughly 12 to 15 parking spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe you can get into the front door fairly unchallenged.“

“Stopped in recently and enjoyed the Street Fries: cottage fries covered with a delicious Greek sauce, feta cheese, chopped veges and shaved lamb. A little on the salty side(feta cheese) but very satisfying. Delicious butter pecan ice cream for dessert from Grass Roots. Service was friendly. Happy to have such a wide variety of foods to choose from in and near the Granby Center“

“As a local business owner that frequents Anthony's Restaurant, I've yet to have a less than great experience. Many locals truly appreciate the quality the owner puts into his authentic dishes. The pizza is always great, with generous toppings, the meatballs are homemade and flavorful, the sauce is also taseful and the dishes are plentiful! The owner has been in the business for decades and truly cares deeply about thir customers experiences and is very friendly. This restaurant includes a family effort, they provide a clean and positive family experience and local business love their food as well. I know personally, because I provide gift cards on behalf of business relationships in the area & their always happy with their experiences. I recommend giving them another try - to those who had unfortunate past experience, they've got a better crew than they once had. Keep in mind it's been profoundly challenging these past few years on small businesses & good help dosen't come easy.“

“Your standard Panera, if you've seen one you've seen most, and thats a good thing. Food was good, bread was fresh, soda options were decent. Food came out pretty quickly.

Parking: Standard lot, very easy to park

Kid-friendliness: Panera is definitely kid friendly, with booths and high chairs to make it easy. Kids menu makes it simple to order, although my kids will go through a full sized mac and cheese with no problem.“

“The service is what you would expect at any fast food restaurant, nothing exceptional. I ordered the greek chicken salad. Unfortunately, there was more greens than chicken for the price, they could add more chicken to it, seeing that it is a chicken salad after all.“

“I had a really positive experience with this Panera Bread location. I called thinking there had been a mistake with my order, but it turned out I had misunderstood something on my end. I spoke with the general manager, Emily, and she handled it incredibly well.

She kindly walked me through what happened and explained everything clearly, but more importantly, she did it in a way that didn’t make me feel embarrassed or foolish at all. That kind of professionalism and care is rare.

“I have a low expectation on fast food restaurants especially regarding seafood. But today I got the “you pick two” with lobster mac n cheese and a chicken caesar salad and both were superrrr good. I even asked for extra caesar dressing and they gave it to me. It was my first time trying their lobster, growing up with rhode island seafood its usually dont get that type of stuff t chain restaurants..😭 BUT it was reallyyyyy good!!! I posted this review a hours after so I didnt get sick or anything. Want to go back!!“
