I like to use the tablets but when I tried to order a drink it kept saying sold out. So I had to go to the counter and that took time to get someone's attention. I ordered the Mac and cheese w/bacon and half a smokehouse BBQ sandwich. The Mac and cheese was ok not as creamy as normal. The sandwich was subpar with not enough BBQ sauce and no crispy onions. Brownie was just as good as always.
I usually am happy with panera I go to canton ct, I went to west Hartford ct panera on the way home from work got a Greek salad with chicken they forgot the chicken. I know mistakes happen but would have been nice since I paid for
