I love Dunkin' Donuts in west Hartford was very friendly and I am only deaf and I always love iced coffee and everything I love those people at Dunkin Donuts who are nice to me and I am happy �
Fantastic place to grab a quick coffee and a donut! The staff is always friendly and my orders are consistently spot on. Love the upbeat atmosphere and their seasonal flavors make it even more fun to visit.
I was impressed by how kind and efficient the staff at this location are. I came on a weekday morning and they were slammed, yet they stayed calm and handled the rush really well. All the staff were wonderful, but especially the woman with red hair (I didn't catch her name!) as she had a positive attitude that stood out to me.
