I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, and generally only do after a few bad experiences.Every time I have come into this Dunkin, the dining room is uncleaned, and the staff takes a very long time to get the orders ready.I have placed a mobile order 10 or more minutes before, and still waited over 15 minutes in the store.Something needs to change either about the staffing or the training, but since it will be quicker for me to go out of my way to a different Dunkin, that will be what I do from now on, unfortunately.

I really wanted to like this Dunkin as it's close to my job. This is the second time I ordered decaffeinated iced coffee and I've been given caffeinated. I am unable to have caffeinated coffee and while I'm aware Dunkins decaf has some caffeine ita still only SOME. The workers don't pay attention and as a result I am left with a racing heart. I'm pretty annoyed and will just leave them off.

I was charged full price and had tipped them- they did not mention they were out of bacon for my bacon/tater tots- I had to come back after leaving to ask if they had bacon and they said they were “all out”- as the guy is in the process of laying strips of bacon on food to be cooked directly in front of me. It was served in a gross cup with dried cheesy fingerprints all around the the side. Annoyed and grossed out.

I can't even begin to explain!! I can't eat meat and I watched bacon fall onto my sandwich and she packed it anyways!!! I waited for around 5 minutes in line without even a greeting and ended up having to throw my sandwich away super disgusted, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but this is ridiculous

Honestly a great dunkin, The staff is always so nice and the girls who work there are so welcoming. They make my drink amazingly and the same every time. (surprisingly difficult to find a dunkin that can do that)
