The staff was great. Friendly and kind. The music was a bit loud but good for reading or studying. Coffee was good so overall a nice place.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw at least two people having coffee and using the restroom without any issues.
I placed a mobile order today and waited a bit longer than usual because they were running a little behind. From the minute I walked in, Noah acknowledged that I had been waiting awhile and checked in with me about which order I was waiting on and also thanked me for my patience. This was later in the day (around 5:20 pm). I wanted a peppermint hot chocolate. I just got off a 5 hour shift. The Starbucks near my work was out of peppermint today. I mobile order ahead of time knowing that I was at least 10 minutes away. When I got there, both my hot chocolate and my warm croissant were ready to go and were still warm. Yes they sometimes take sometimes but I love Starbucks a whole lot and will keep ordering their coffee and hot chocolate
