I will never eat in an establishment where a manager takes it upon themselves to ask folks to leave bc of their gender choices! Their personal and backwards opinions should be left at home where they belong. Seems your manager in Iowa did just that! Rather than take the opportunity to teach their staff about tolerance for difference, he used them in his little speech to reinforce his own insecurities.
