Worst experience of my life. They took my money and then said someone took my order. I waited more than a half hour for a new order that never came. I’m literally in the parking lot writing this because they stole my money. Never in my life would I have thought this would happen with a restaurant in west Hartford. I will contact management tomorrow to see how they will refund my money back.

Really wanted to enjoy this. The advertising and store front is enticing and made me make the stop for lunch.The food quality is extremely poor. The chicken tortellini has no chicken and 15 tortellini for a $12 meal. Not ideal. Very salty, sauce was like water, and it was missing the chicken. Great concept, subpar service execution. Much better lunch options in the same plaza.

Food: ordered Chicken and prosciutto tortellini with smoked gouda. Food came out late and cold and the place was moderately busy on a Sunday@6pm. The Parmesan that was sprinkled on top didn't even wilt let alone melt while I ate it. (2 out of 5)Service: People were nice and hospitable, but the delay in delivering the food and it being cold was a let down. (3 out of 5)Atmosphere: Same most Noodles and company locations. The dining area was clean but the restrooms were very dirty. (2 out of 5)

I don't want to leave 1 star. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Be more careful when someone orders gluten free noodles or pasta!!!!We are fortunate that my spouse only had a sensitivity. But for others; this could be a potentially critical or fatal error.I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I know workers get busy.But this could be a potentially major issue. And could have legal implications as well.Please bring awareness to your business of the severity of something like this.

The customer service was the worst. I believe in empowering and employing our youth but, I was left feeling like the young lady wasn't properly trained. I asked questions and she shrugged her shoulders. She barely spoke and was reluctant to ask other staff for help!! Very disappointed.

We went to noodles and Company for dinner and had such a pleasant experience! We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and even though there was an employee cleaning up as we walked in, they were welcoming and friendly. When we went to order the employee behind the register asked if we would like our food for here or to go and to our surprise, they were still willing to allow us to utilize the dining area. Food was great. No complaints whatsoever. Service was fast. Restaurant was nice.
I thought the red sauce was very spicy and it would be better if the food was made fresh everyday, it was just ok...

I ordered a tortellini with garlic sauce, mushrooms , spinach and cheese NO zucchini. I got zucchini noodles with mushrooms NO cheese, NO tortellini and a watery liquid in it. I called, and wanted it replaced. They could not replace it, hopefully refund it in the next few days.

Orlando is the BEST.We had ordered ahead and our order was not as we had indicated.HOWEVER, the front man, Orlando went above and beyond and fixed everything quickly with a great attitude, including replacing an entire meal.Thank you Orlando!!!
