Probably one of the worst mcdonalds I've been to in terms of quality and service.

They got my order wrong and when I asked them if they could fix they told me I must have entered something wrong and tossed the bag at me.

I won't be visiting again.

My car died in the parking lot while I was waiting to pick my family up from the airport. Two of the workers came out and helped me jump start it. I cannot thank you guys enough. Love you forever.

Its a McDonald's get it gets busy and is usually the quality you'd expect from them. Really hard to say because I feel like all McDonald's quality is different day to day

This always seems to be the most frustrating location in the area to work with. I can't count the number of times I've paid ridiculous amounts to have stuff added to my burger just to have them not add it and then realize it when I got home. It has gotten to where it takes so long to get through the drive thru now that I won't even visit again after my last time. I had ordered ahead in the app on my way to work, arrived at this location with plenty of time to be able to grab my dinner and make it to work. After getting stuck in an unmoving drive through I finally made it to the speaker to check in. It continued to take forever for them to move this drive through line to where I ended up having to leave and head to work without the meal that I had paid for. I tried multiple times to call them and ask if they could refund my money to me and got no answer only an answering machine that told me to leave my name and number and a message and someone would reach out to me, however the mailbox was full so I wasn't able to do that. So I tried to contact support through the app and they gave my the usual spiel of sorry for the inconvenience and all refund requests must go out to the restaurant. They told me they let the location know and someone would be in touch. It's not been 4 days and they still have not reached out. Horrible service and horrible customer service and I'll be giving my business to the burger King down the road from here on out.

Apparently breakfast had stopped being served after 11am. Online order placed at the 1045. As we pulled in order was canceled and we were told all breakfast has been thrown away. Do better!

Drive through employee didn’t fill up my soda cup all the way, there was about 1.5 inch of space in the cup. When I asked her to please top it off, she put 3 ice cubes in it and handed it back to me!! Terrible service tonight

HORRIBLE customer service (specifically from the manager). I went to this McDonalds with one of my friends who happens to be vegetarian... we recently found out that McDonalds fries aren't actually vegetarian friendly due to a beef season that is used to season them. We weren't 100% entirely sure that this was true or not so we decided to ask the person (the manager) taking our order over the intercom in the drive thru if their fries were vegetarian or not. That one simple, genuine question caused her to absolutely blow up in a rage on us, she started yelling at us, accusing us of random stuff that we had no idea of what she was talking about, she blatantly disrespected us in every way possible as a customer. I don't think I've ever been so disrespected in my life... over one real, genuine question. Girl got some real issues. I feel bad for whoever has to work for her because she's obviously very very miserable.

Vegetarian options: don't ask if the fries are vegetarian. no shit it's a potato.

A very bad mcdonalds. I wanted a number 7, but they gave me a mcdouble mini meal. When asking to get the meal I wanted they told me to go to the window. When I asked for what I wanted at the window, they started to yell at me. After lots of rudeness from the employees they gave me my burger. I asked for only ketchup and extra pickles they said yes to the ketchup. But when I asked them about the pickles they said yes. Then I opened my burger at home and there were no pickles.
