I did not care for the fish and chips. The fish seems boxed, like you would get from Walmart or something. The waffle fries were hard as heck. It's not worth the cost of $26. I couldn't eat the waffle fries since they were hard. However, the waiter was super nice, and the alcohol beverage was tasty.

Parking: Located inside of the airport, where you pay to park.

I usually don’t eat airport food….. my flight got delayed and I decided to grab a bite from here….. when I say it’s the best meal I ever had at an airport I really mean it…… also Maryann’s was a great server if you happen to have time it’s a 10 outta 10 definitely recommend….

If you find yourself flying out of Hartford, get there early so you can eat and drink at Phillips. The food is good, the drinks are strong and the service is awesome. Stephanie was my server and she’s fantastic. Airports suck as a whole but Phillips made my experience in Hartford enjoyable.
