It's location is before the BDL airport, parking is tight. Inside has decent seating for family and or large gathering. Your typical Asian decor. Every time i go it's never packed. I've only gotten summer rolls so I can't give them a 5 star.

Food, service, and ambiance!! I love the vermicelli! Chef is great and it was a good post-flight meal.

Amazing food wonderful fast service. Dining room was clean and quiet. We have ordered food to go from here too which is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend the iced coffee if it's not too late in the day!

Sauces too thick and sweet. Not same name as in TripAdvisor so bought out by new owners. Tea lukewarm. On plus: veggies fresh and not overcooked.

I don't know if it has gone through new ownership or not, but it looks like it used to be named Pho 75. Not a lot of Asian cuisine in the area, but it will satisfy your Viet craving. It looks like only a few staff. Friendly, food is good, nice portions, take out is pretty quick. Overall, good experience, though I would have liked some sauces (sriracha and hoisin) with my takeout order. We were here for two nights and we ate food here twice (eat in once and takeout the other).

Unforgettable experience! A bug in my takeout! I have been coming to this restaurant for a while and never had a problem until today. I ordered fried dumplings and after eating the third, i lifted the fourth to find a bug attached to it, doused in grease and still moving. My heart sank and stomach churned as i was in shock. I am disgusted and dont think i can recover to go back there although the wings are very good there. Be careful, eat at your own risk. Youve been warned!

My husband and I came from Boston to visit family, stopped in and had some of, if not the best Vietnamese food we’ve ever had! Flavorful, wonderful portions and fantastic service!! We will absolutely be stopping in again every time we are in town!

I had a great experience at Pho Tan Loc. I usually get the Beef Pho when I order pho. The few times I order here I got the large beef pho with either a pad thai or an appetizer. It was actually really good. I also tried their boba milkshake which is really different than the bubble tea. It is really yummy! And reminds me of real milkshakes but just with the the black tapioca pearls on the bottom. It really is good. The fried rice that I got was OK, not the best but I still can eat it, however, I think their noodle dish is probably my favorite, particularly the pho, which I know their restaurants are known for being good at making.

Walked in at 6:15 on Sunday, and the guy behind the counter said they were closed for night even though the sign says open until 7.

Best Pho in the Windsor/Windsor lock area, as good as some of the best Pho in Springfield even. The combo pho has everything, not Americanized & skipping stuff. The soup base is so amazing, rich deep flavors are incredible, more flavorful than the Van Pho place nearby, although Van Pho was pretty good already. I also tried the Vietnamese grilled beef, It's yummy, just a bit too sweet for my taste but I am sure it's authentic.
