I was disappointed. Nothing was terrible but everything was sub-par. The rice noodles in my Gỏi cuốn (they call them spring rolls) were hot (!) and overcooked, and the peanut dipping sauce was pretty uninspired. The pho was very mediocre - the broth wasn't beefy or fragrant with spices. You could tell it was homemade (not instant broth at least), but it was kind of weak and flavorless. The fresh herbs are a huge part of the meal for me and I'm used to getting a large bunch of Thai basil and/or mint, or even cilantro or sawtooth herb with my pho. I literally got two medium size, and two tiny, leaves of basil. That's like 1/10 of what I consider usual. And instead of fresh bird's eye chilis, you get a few bitter slices of jalapeño. Hoisin sauce is usually offered at the table which has a consistency like ketchup, or thicker. Whatever was in the squeeze bottle they gave me was thin and runny. Watered down maybe? I love Vietnamese food and love pho, but I think I'll be driving to West Hartford or Springfield or at least Farmington when I have a craving because I don't think this place is worth a return visit. We're lucky to have some excellent Thai choices in the area but it doesn't look like we have a good Vietnamese restaurant yet.

Great little Pho shop with a wide array of options. Stopped by here on my way to BDL airport and the hostess was very kind. Food is spot on and the atmosphere is very hip, definitely will be back, thanks for helping this weary traveler!

Poor service, Kicked me out when I had my kid saying my kid was too loud mind you he's a one year old. The only thing good there is the soup IF that, Overpriced for mid food. When I ordered cheesecake it was moldy. Please don't bring your kid there and or order the cheesecake.

I spent 25$ here on shrimp pho and spring rolls. The spring rolls were good. The pho was NOT. The broth has no flavor at all… and I added a ton of sauce to it. The flavor was bland and almost like water . I have ordered before and although it hasn’t been the best , it has not been THIS bad . Go to taste of Thailand in Torrington if you want good pho.

Grabbed a quick dinner last night: dumpling noodle soupfor myself , some steamed pork dumplings to share, and pork fried rice for my partner. The noodle soup was very flavorful and has all the extras you'd want for pho ( like extra bean sprouts, and hot peppers), the dumplings came in I believe a set of five? we shared them and they were quite filling and had a lovely peanut sauce to them.My partner finished his rice before I could get to try and said he'd get it again, so I'm guessing it was very good haha ?overall a very good restaurant I'll be coming back for sure.

I really wanted to give this place a better review but after spending 140$ on their food in 2 days. I need to be brutally honest. Yesterday I wanted to try the menu so I picked a few things to get a feel for the menu. We enjoyed bahn mi's, spring rolls, mamas sticky rice, chicken wings, some steamed beef buns and shrimp pho. We also enjoyed some Thai boba and chocolate boba. The buns were delicious, the chicken wings were dry and flavorless, mamas sticky rice was delicious, the spring rolls were bright and flavorful, and the bahn mi's were delicious except for the lack of fresh jalapeños and the beef was a little on the dry side but all the meet was flavorful. The shrimp pho was good, the broth was rich and flavorful but personally a little too much on the licorice/star anise flavor. The Thai boba was absolutely to die for but the chocolate boba was watery and lacking a good chocolate flavor. All and all it was an good well rounded experience.I certainly wasn't expecting perfection. I went back tonight for some dinner as yesterday I went bright and early for lunch and was disappointed. I ordered a chicken bahn mi and decided to request fresh jalapeños as I didn't see them last time and I really wanted them. I knew they came with the pho so I was excited for the bright kick on my sandwich. I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls again and the Chicken Banh Xeo, which is a Vietnamese egg and protein crepe, I had seen them everywhere and was excited to try it out as I knew it was authentic. To wash everything down I got a lavender milk tea without boba this time. When I arrived I was told I had to wait a little longer for my sandwich but was handed my cold tea and told I could sit and enjoy it while I waited. I thanked them kindly and looked around while taking a few sips. It was delicious, perfectly sweet and milky with a hint of Lavender. My shrimp rolls are delicious as always. I opened up my large container, looking forward to seeing a thin crepe made with eggs and chicken inside. Instead I was disappointed to find they had given me a rice noodle bowl, which is also a dish they sell. While I have not tried it yet, it looks delicious yet this is not what I ordered. I'm very tempted to not return to try the other items I have not. Though I am willing to give them on last chance. My order was simple and to the point. I'm just a women looking to expand her culinary horizons. You guys can do way better, especially on things this small

One of my favorite restaurants. Always good. We got shrimp spring rolls, beef pho, and steak and brisket pho. $33 for the two of us. The interior has cute little paintings and puns on the wall. Service is good. 10/10 definitely recommend.

We are pretty new to Vietnamese food and this was a great introduction. We had two large Pho Barr bowls - one beef/brisket and one tofu/veggie. Great quality food, exceptionally fresh, well presented. The dine-in space is very clean and provides for a pleasant dining experience.

The food here is absolutely incredible. So far I've had steamed pork buns, fried dumplings, beef onion rolls and shrimp spring rolls and everything has been incredible. I absolutely love coming here. The food is fresh, authentic and absolutely delicious!

So good! The papaya salad was delicious and I loved the bahn mi. My boyfriend got the seafood pho and loved it. The order was ready in 15 minutes.

I really, Really don't want give a bad review, but Honestly - this place leaves A Lot to be desired. The reviews I read were positive & I was So looking forward to going, but our meal was meh. I ordered the "steak & brisket" phorito. Here's what it should have been called: 'Essence of steak & brisket'. There was hardly any meat in it at all; no exaggeration. It was mostly noodle. Now, here's an idea: put some MEAT in it & add in some julienned carrots, sprouts, etc & some cilantro. That would've been 1,000 times better. It arrived a fair amount of time After my husband's meal (which was equally confusing: Vermicelli bowl = bowl with noodles & small piles of veggies - with a tiny sauce cup in the middle for dipping?? Not sure how you're supposed to dip a forkfull of noodles & veggies into the little cup, or how that'd be enough sauce for the entire bowl,....). If you're feeling adventurous, give it a try, but don't have high hopes :( To the owner: I'm glad you're taking chances & being creative with fusion, but a little more effort & bang for your buck, would really ratchet it up.

The food was exceptionally good today! I believe there is a new chef in town, so I'm definitely coming back more often now. Great service. Also, they have desserts and alcohol here
