“The chicken cutlet is probably one of the best! Dominic chopped sandwich is amazing. The tomato soup was very tasty! We also tried the mac salad and potato salad which were also just as delicious! Thankyou for an amazing dinner! We are hooked!!!”

“Quite possibly the best wings I’ve had in this state. Got the regular house bbq style. Could taste the rub. Could taste the sauce. Big meaty wings that were textured and crisped perfectly. Nachos were awesome. Hurricane special drink was spot on. Pulled pork was really nice. Carolina mustard sauce on point. Everyone liked their burgers. Onion rings were phenomenal. Brisket was a tad dry, but that was it. Mac was nice. Coleslaw was nice. Server was great. A+!”

They’re conveniently one of the few places open on Mondays, and after trying their combo platter we knew we knew we’d have to come back. The highlight of our experience isn’t just the delicious food, but the wonderful staff. Jose, the man at the front counter, is kind, welcoming, attentive, friendly, and just a lovely person! Although he speaks English, my brother and I love practicing our Spanish by chatting with him about his food and music recommendations. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the food and seeing Jose every Monday!”

“My family and I love to go on random drives each weekend just to explore our state. During those drives we decide to support and eat at local businesses. Today we stopped at McGrane’s, we were greeted and allowed to choose where we wanted to seat upon entering. The breakfast offerings were ample. My wife and I ordered the All American and my daughter the stackable combo. The All American is eggs your way, with meat option, home fries and toast w/ coffee and the stackable comes with eggs and your choice of waffles or pancakes. Everything came out relatively quickly and the portions were great and the food was good. My only problem was with service - maybe because this has a locals only vibe or it could have been just me but the servers came by only once after we were seated from when we originally seated and offered coffee to when we received our food and got a refill. The rest of the time they ignored our table but had gone to other tables multiple times. Towards the end of our breakfast I saw one server cast a side glance to see if we were about done but never asked if we needed a container or the check. We did that ourselves once we got the attention of another server. Overall if you do come and eat here if you are not a local don’t expect friendliness but you will still get a good breakfast.”

“China Delight is the perfect choice for a delicious takeout experience. The ordering process is quick and easy, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

The food arrives beautifully packaged and still hot. The dumplings is a must-try. It's perfectly steamed and bursting with flavor. I went in at a slow time, I enjoyed the small talks and was given a sample for general tos chicken. They are a must try. Best chinese in winsted.”

“Meatball & Sausage Parmesan Grinder with peppers and onions. Meatball & Sausage were great. The peppers and onions were sauteed fantastically. The choice of peppers was also good, spicy, but not too spicy. There was a nice amount of sauce and cheese. The grinder roll was a solid week past the fresh mark. It was hard, dry, and crumbly. The grinder tasted great. The mess of the hard crumbling roll was all over me. With every bite the hard crumbling roll just squished under my teeth and the fillings just squished out the sides. I finished with a knife and fork.”

“Look no one is perfect but when you get a customer who wasn't satisfied by their previous visit and you own it fix the issue by retraining your crew and then I come back and y'all nailed it. That's great leadership that's a great crew and all employees should take pride in that. Amazing. No matter the criticism I still was given a warm welcome and a great service with the food made just right”

Every single item on the menu is incredible, all of the weekly specials are sensational and the entire staff is friendly, helpful and take pride in the service they provide. Germains is the template of how the modern breakfast, brunch, family owned restaurant should be run. Prices are fair, the website is always updated and the team is not afraid to delve into unique and exciting creations for the foodies of the world. Let me put it like this… when Jesus held the last supper I would not have been surprised if he was serving Germains catering. If I was a convict on death row I would very very much consider a Germains special to be my last meal. If I were to describe a perfect day it would be a Germains breakfast sandwich, a round of golf, a Germains lunch wrap followed by an afternoon on the lake. This place is incredible! 11/10 recommend and thank you for all you do! My only ask is maybe consider opening on Sundays 😉”

“We had an errand to run in Torrington. Then, we were hungry. We found Tina's Cafe while driving around. We love finding small business owner establishments.

It was bright, cheery, and clean. Tina and Larry were so hospitable. THE FOOD WAS SO FRESH!! I got a breakfast sandwich, and Trevor got the Turkey Gobbler sandwich for lunch. i think it was a special. I can't remember.

The sandwiches were hearty and delicious. It was the best sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich I've ever had.”
