Stopped by after a long hike to grab a sandwich. One of the guys behind the counter offered me a sample of the creamy carrot basil soup…. It was absolutely amazing, he mentioned using fresh herbs and you can definitely tell! I also got a chicken cutlet BLT. The portions are very giving and it does not lack in quality. 10/10 love a soup and sandwich spot and this might be my new favorite.
This was my first time visiting NW Soup & Sandwich Co. I was greeting by super friendly staff and an adorable little girl behind the counter. I ordered the chicken cutlet BLT on a hard roll with chips and was a little taken aback by the $16 price tag. But MAN was it worth it! I haven’t had a sandwich this good in a really long time, like bacon crisped to perfection, the chicken juicy and crispy, the perfect amount of toast on the hard roll…just YUM. Will definitely be...
You will hardly find a more friendly and attentive staff, and the soups were excellent. The medium size is like a large at a typical restaurant. If driving, approach from the west and park on the street on the south side.
