We stopped into this place when we drove by and saw Peruvian food. We couldn't believe that they had a Peruvian restaurant in Winsted. The dishes that my wife and I had were quite delicious and definitely made the stop worthwhile. However, the atmosphere of the place is very cold, and so is the temperature! The food was definitely authentic. This is apparently the sister restaurant to Toby's in Bantam Lake. That location has been there for several years and has a liquor license. This location has only been here for about 6 months, has no liquor license, and unfortunately, has no atmosphere. However, the food is excellent.
