Another bad experience, it always that one Barista who never reads the customers' instructions. This time. the manager didn't offer to fix it. Recommend you check your order before leaving, a good chance you'll understand my disappointment of service at this location.

A medium psl. Not sure why it's not full, if I'm paying for a medium coffee I should get what I paid for. This is unacceptable. Starbucks has been horrible everytime I go. Not just this location but other busy locations. Between getting drinks wrong and things like this. Just lazy

They don't take the loafs out of the plastic wrapper. Perhaps this is a different policy. It felt like I just bought something at a convenience store.

I was in this location yesterday, 8/28/23, and saw a staff member vomiting into one of the trash cans then walking back to help customers in drive thru. As someone who used to work in food services, this is such a health code violation! What are you doing keeping sick staff members working with food? Do you not care about your customers getting sick? Nicely done. The only reason I have continued to come back to this location is because of two baristas, a woman with glasses, Tory? Cory?, and a young man whose name I believe is Ryan. Top notch service from them but others are iffy lately, good job with hiring Tory and Ryan... but vomiting employees? That's a no from me. Highly doubt I will be returning after witnessing that. But please do acknowledge those two wonderful employees you have.

Had an issue with our order, and employee wanted to send us around to the back of the line to have it fixed. Had to speak to a manager to solve the problem (which took 2 seconds to fix). Manager was unpleasant. Not coming back.

No cars in the lot, 3 cars in the drive in, 6 people working and it still takes 10 minutes for a beverage. Lots of workers and no one seems to be in the same page. Counters messy and unkempt. Ack!
