Every plate of food is Good News.Vegetarian options: Burritos, Thai red curry, pasta, salads and more seasonal offerings.Dietary restrictions: Very helpful and willing to do salt restrictions. I figured that it's about time to sing the praises of this unique restaurant after going there for so many years. My favorite gift to receive is a certificate to go Good News. I have even earned a free "mile high" cake (well on my way to a second one too :-)There's not another place like Carol Peck's-this post is making me call for a reservation now!

The vibrant presentation of this dish! walnut crusted tofu, roast portobello, squash, leek & kale with avacado tomatillo salsa and pomegranate sprinkle, I had to take a picture of it. The texture and flavor, of crunchy, nutty tofu with perfectly cooked squash and kale. What brings it all together is the salsa and pop of pomegranate. So delicious
