An incredible find! The flavors were absolutely authentic and bursting with freshness. We tried the general tso’s chicken and the Teriyaki Salmon, and both were outstanding. The service was also very friendly and prompt. We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

I came to CT to visit my friend last week, and he recommended Jade Garden for dinner. We ordered General Tso's chicken,Beef Drunken Noodles and Chirashi. I loved it! Everything is delicious. Just perfect!

The quality of their food has been continuously declining. My last take out order this weekend was the final straw. Lo Mein was dry ,tasteless and had virtually no vegetables and just a few small shrimp.The spring rolls were tasteless. The boneless spareribs were so hard they were inedible.

A small and inconspicuous restaurant at Woodbury Sherman Village shopping center, but the food is amazing! Sushi is very fresh and delicious. Habachi is fantastic ! Highly recommended.

Food was tasteless. Ordered Hunan Chicken, the sauce was clear like chow mein sauce, had lots of red pepper flakes but wasn't spicy at all. It was almost as if I ordered chicken with steamed vegetables and they smothered it in clear oily sauce. Egg rolls were crispy on the outside but inside was just like a raw dough ball. Also ordered the Thai pineapple fried rice with chicken, there were just a few pieces of chicken and hardly any pineapple, not at all what you would get at a good Thai restaurant. I think the chef here should go eat at some good Chinese restaurants in New Haven to learn what good food is. This was quite possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever gotten in my life. I should have listened to the bad reviews here, they are spot on. I still am so shocked at the lack of flavor, I don't think I could make it this bad if I tried.

Always loved Jade Garden for take out. Food is great. We ordered weekly from them but have now moved on. Ordered from them through Uber Eats on Valentine’s Day and I was fine with the hour estimate they gave but after an hour still noting. Uber driver sat there for 30 minutes. I called up at the 90 minute mark and was told they hadn’t even put my order in yet and there were 40 orders ahead of ours. The guy on the phone said they were understaffed and didn’t plan for the rush (on Friday night Vday?). He said he would get the manager for me and then came back and said the manager wasn’t taking calls. They said for my trouble they would still make our order but couldn’t prioritize it. I said I would cancel and while struggling to cancel on Uber, another hour went by with the order in but they still hadn’t started it 2.5 hours in and the Uber app only kept updating it would be here in 15 minutes. Nightmare scenario. We’ve changed our weekly order to go to Tomo 68 now.

I had never been here before but it was open on Christmas day and I was home alone sick. So I ordered take out and picked it up. The people were prompt and friendly but the food was not great. I had Pineapple fried rice with chicken but it was not tasty, looked very dark and hardly had any chicken. Their wonton soup was fine. I think I will try another place next time I want Chinese.
