I recently dined at Market Place in Woodbury, CT, and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Entrée, which offered a generous portion and was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to explain the different dishes to me since I couldn't remember what I had ordered on my previous visit. Quaint restaurant with great service. Food was hit and miss. 8 hour Korean short rib was delicious. Tender but not dry. Fried rice was on the edge of over salted but still good. Overall a great dish. Nashville hot chicken and waffles were a disappointment. Chicken dry and waffles were cold and hard. Chicken wings and calamari were both tasty. Giving a 4 because 3 of our 4 savory dishes were good.
