MIX Prime Steakhouse, Fish & Sushi Bar

Came here for the first time around 230pm and sat at the bar. The bartender, Shane was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a crab cake to start and a bone in NY strip. The crab cake was delicious and the bone in ribeye was damn near too much to eat on my own. Needless to say I'll be back!!!!!

Our first visit to Mix Prime was nothing short of fantastic, leaving us eager to return. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the atmosphere, but what truly set the experience apart was the outstanding food and, most notably, the exceptional service.
We indulged in both their sushi and steak offerings, and both were absolutely great. The sushi was fresh, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor. Similarly, the steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and incredibly satisfying. Mix Prime clearly excels in delivering on both ends of the culinary spectrum.
However, the real highlight of our dining experience was the service, particularly from our waiter, Frank. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was flawless. Frank's professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were truly exceptional, and without a doubt, he is the primary reason we will be returning to Mix Prime.
For anyone seeking a memorable dining experience with top-notch sushi, delicious steak, and service that goes above and beyond, we wholeheartedly recommend Mix Prime. And if you're lucky enough to have Frank as your waiter, you're in for a truly exceptional meal!

We just left not even maybe 10 min ago. We were walk ins. Let me tell you, I was skeptical usually a sushi/steakhouse is just okay. This is ABSOLUTELY not the case here. Our server was immaculate. Manicured our table, he was personable, and so professional. The food, just as wonderful as the service. I cannot speak more highly about the food. My fiancé and I had a few apps and steaks. The steaks were phenomenal from the flavor to the tenderness. We were fully prepared to spend well over 100 per person and were shocked the bill came and everything was so affordable. We will be making this a regular weekly stop. Compliments to the chef, the staff, and the owner💙💙

First time here. Great food! Split a delicious mac & cheese casserole for an appetizer. One of the tastiest I've had. Followed it up with an order of Steak Tartare for my main. Very good, especially with the mustard it was served with.

I hosted my birthday dinner here and the restaurant was VERY accommodating. I had a table of 15 and needed a highchair last minute, our waiter took our order is very quickly and efficiently. Our food came out very quick, and they even wished me a happy birthday, which I loved. 10/10, I will definitely come back on my own!

This is our go to place for a night out without the kids. Ian rocked it with service, if stays humble he’ll go far. Food is always top quality.

The atmosphere looks awesome! I've been here about 5 times now, it's usually a hit or miss with the service. I'm not sure why some waiters are excellent and others are terrible? The prices are a bit high, especially on the drinks. The food is a little inconsistent. We order the crab cake sometimes, and they come in different sizes and also cooked either, not enough or perfect. I'm going to stop ordering the $55 12oz filet because while it's never cooked right, it comes out at 1,000 degrees 🔥 and still cooking! I have to sit and wait at least 10mins for it to cool to enjoy, while others at the table are eating their meals. It feels uncomfortable and odd just sitting there watching others eat because I can't even touch my dinner. 😒

Getting there at about 1:35pm and sitting at the bar as 80% of the time we do and order our cocktails-taken quickly! Asked if we were eating and our response was after cocktails. We filled out our sushi menu and waited-along with waiting for my wife’s dirty rocks from her martini that never came. She the after 10 minutes asked for a glass ice- it was delivered. We asked for a check after people on either side of us were served and multiple attempts to get the bartender-We were frustrated, angry and finally the bartender saw we had after turned over the menus face down with the filled out the sushi order for 30 minutes asked if we wanted that! Too late -check and bad rating!!!!
Sad as it is a place we liked! It will be an old day in hell before we spend any more there as in Woodbury there are a plethora of wonderful restaurants!!!

Kinda a rip off. Try Jade Gardens. They’re wonderful. I feel that if you’re not used to good food - you’d think that this place is ok. If you this is phenomenal try…..stop&shop.

I went there with some friends today and there food and service was really good.I was my first time going there.Now I think it is my favorite restaurant.I would recommend Mix Prime to anyone.
