The setting is quite nice. We stayed at the hotel, so came both days for happy hour. I would like to give 2.5 stars. Overall it's not bad, but not great. 14K is located in an expensive area for restaurants, so relatively speaking it isn't too pricey here. They also have good happy hour prices.
