600T Cocktail Bar is a hidden speakeasy gem — you literally walk downstairs to find the venue, which immediately sets the tone for an intimate, stylish experience.
We arrived fashionably late on a Friday evening (I was running late as usual), and the place was buzzing with energy — lively, loud, and very much that end-of-week city feel.
It was a cold, crisp evening, the kind that defines winter in the city. I had on a long puffer coat down to my knees, brown boots, and a suede green dress — a very typical city vibe that somehow felt perfectly matched to the night and the venue.
We ordered the espresso martinis, which were smooth, well-balanced, and perfectly crafted — not overly sweet, just the right kick. For snacks, we had the Goldfish, adding a playful, nostalgic touch that paired surprisingly well with the cocktails.
What truly stood out were the bartenders — they were so, so sweet, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience feel warm and personal despite the noise and crowd.
A great spot for Friday night cocktails, pre-dinner drinks, or when you’re in the mood for a lively speakeasy atmosphere with character. Definitely coming back 🍸✨

The drinks and atmosphere are superb. I would like to go back however the service was subpar and rude. We reserved two hour for a table. After only one hour and 30 minutes, staff dropped off a check at our table and told us we had to leave. When we informed them that we had booked for two hours, they “huffed.” Thankfully, another staff member compare over to clarify but no one acknowledged the error.

Honestly one of my favorite bars in the city! The coziness and atmosphere is unmatched. Not to mention the jazzy sounds and perfectly crafted cocktails. Every server and host was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! It was a breath of fresh air in a time when service is usually dull or indifferent about client experience. Staff is attentive and enthusiastic about their drinks, bites and live music! This is the perfect date night spot, I have been here multiple times and will continue to visit 600T for intimate nights out! 😍🥰

I’ve spent almost 10 years trying spots all over this city, and I always end up back at 600T. I still can’t decide what I love more—the upscale, craft cocktails or the sexy, chic atmosphere. In the summer I’m practically begging for an open seat on the patio, and in the winter I’m obsessed with the live jazz by the fire. It’s a consistent date-night staple in my rotation and for good reason.

This place has an amazing cozy vibe, complete with a wood burning fireplace. Its small and intimate feel brings together irish pub and ski lodge.
It was a bit chilly when we entered but it warmed up after people started to arrive and after we moved our seats next to the fireplace.
The service was a bit oblivious and not as hospitable as the environment suggests. Tending to the fire lacked as well.
Drinks were delicious but inconsistent, so the 2nd round had a bit of a drop-off.

What an absolute vibe. The owner was such a nice guy he picked our drinks for us based on what we normally like and he certainly did not fail. The music was next level and just smooth grooving all night. We had planned on going to other spots as we were only in the city for 2 nights but ended up staying here until close. BRAVO!
