I went by today around noon, the front desk was leaving I believe she was going on break. When I opened the door, she came back to assist me. I had a good experience, she was bilingual.

Toxic work culture from the top is what has been experienced..the only decent reviews of if the interact with actual staff who themselves have been subject to the unconscious bias that the head of the Agency and his Chief of Staff passive aggressively swish around carelessly..thankful for the staff that still sticking around even after several claims against ABRA now rebranding to ABCA. #beware because they be lying on ppl too..like blatantly.
