Acqua Bistecca was excellent - the food was delicious, the tasting menu provided more than enough food for the price, and the space is gorgeous. Our server Phillip was attentive and made sure we had a great night. Would definitely recommend!

Vibe felt stuffy. Host never came and got us while we waited at the bar for our table. For as big as the place is the bar area is so tiny and inconvenient. Happy hour drink were meh. Portions were silly small for the price.

This visit was bumpier from timing of food, temperature of food, and inconsistent service but restaurant really did make the effort to apologize and send out desserts for the table, proving that while mistakes happen, they do take them seriously and make attempts to improve the experience. The paradox of modern upscale dining: overpriced and middling quality on the food, but not expensive enough for the servers to make real money so you get an inexperienced group. Overall another fine example of how Mina, whatever he once was, is pure hackery at this point. Would maybe be back to try the Dover sole if I could trust them to cook it well enough to justify the price. Solid bottle list though. You should go so you can say with confidence that it’s not very good when your friends ask.
Acqua Bistecca is such a lovely spot for a great meal. The restaurant feels elegant yet comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly, and every bite was full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. It’s a place where you can relax and really enjoy a special meal. I’d definitely come back.
