Expensive for average dishes that I could have had better in street stalls in Bangkok. It tasted overpriced.
Unfortunately, It is satisfactory more on the side of not tastey. Sorry I gotta be honest so you can save your money. I travel a lot and always order Pad Thai in Thai restaurants. The problem with this is the restaurant has sort of expensive dishes, when you look at the menu, all prices arent even listed so it's not obvious. I was so surprised the dish cost a lot, we four ate there with just one simple dish each, and a dessert. The total bill + tip was about $100. That's like amounting to $20 per person with tax. Now this would have been fine if their dishes were very good. But I felt ripped off because the meat on my pad thai tasted as if it was just boiled with no any sort of flavor. Im not a great cook and Im not even Thai but I can make better Pad Thai than theirs. I can compare prices too because I have one favorite restaurant on that commercial strip on the same street whose meat meal is around $14 per dish and taste amazing!
What I love about this place is the decor and the service. The staff was good. But the dishes, they are just meh. I could have cooked it at home. In order for it to feel fair and be said "good", they have to price their dishes fairly and on par with the restaurants on the same street. Because it tasted not good, it felt soooo expensive.

I wanted to love this place because I like to support independent Thai restaurants that aren't mixed with a bunch of other Asian cuisines. However, the whole experience was disappointing. I only tried the restaurant because I had a Groupon and the reviews were good. When I got there the server let me know that they no longer accepted the Groupons which was disappointing but since I was already there I decided to have lunch. The ambience was fine, a little bit of Thai decor and a photo of of Rama 9. I ordered green curry which is my favorite and it's fairly easy to make so I've never been disappointed ordering it, this time was the exception. Although there was a lot of chicken and vegetables / mini eggplants in it which I was impressed with, the flavor and color was quite abysmal that I didn't finish it and didn't want to take the leftovers home. The chicken satay and peanut sauce were also lacking flavor. They at least sold Chang beer but paying $60 for a lackluster meal left me disheartened. Needless to say I won't be going back!

The best Thai food I have tried in DC. I learned that the chef was one of the king’s Palace chefs in Thailand. No wonder the food is so tasty. I highly recommend this place. Great service and good ambience

The most authentic Thai taste restaurant I had tried so far in DC area. I saw is newly opened and gave it a try. I always prefer less salt in my food and I was worried because ò the other review, but surprisingly is not, and the spicy level it acceptable too. Larb salad is fresh and not to sour or salty, I just prefer to eat it cold. The pad thai is delicious, they cooked the right rice noodle so is doesnt get too sticky and then broke all apart, the taste & the amount of meat is decent, just too little bean sprout.. .
Will coming back.

The food here is pretty decent, but a bit overpriced, especially for the unintentional Dollar Store tacky decor. To be blunt, the gaudy branding on both the restaurant and nightclub are total eyesores and make me wish there were zoning laws around here that prohibited such freedom of expression! (kidding, but ugh.)

If you like authentic Thai cuisine, this is the place to visit in DC. Chef Bigg from Thailand makes the food at the appropriate spice level with authentic flavors. Lots of street parking nearby, great to visit for their drunken noodles as well as their Penang curry. Their mango sticky rice is also amazing alongside their Thai iced tea Nonetheless, amazing service with lots of free treats

$17 for curry and it doesn't come with rice?? I called the restaurant thinking it was a mistake, and they told me I somehow needed to know to order it as a side dish. I also requested utensils and didn't get any. Maybe the food is delicious, but I CAN'T EAT IT. ???
I love this place!! The food is great, the staff is fantastic, and if that wasn’t enough, it’s conveniently located to my house. My husband and I hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly (and even opened up the downstairs bar after the dinner concluded so folks could keep celebrating and do some karaoke).
Eat in or takeout… it’s all good here.
