This was by far some of the worst customer service. We had reservations and waited almost an hour to be seated. Then several of the entrees were sold out. We also got charged for food we did not get or eat. They also sat us next to the bathroom that smelled horrible so I was kind of relieved not to have or eat the food. I personally would not visit this place again, even if I got paid to.

When gist arriving we did not get seating right away, which was understandable since I had my some of my party go in prior to me so I could park. Once I arrived the host told us to go upstairs that’s where we will be seated, once upstairs I assumed we would be greeted by another host donating but that wasn’t the case I had to go back downstairs to see who was going to seat us, she came up and sat us at a table the was free that another server was sitting at eating and they just had her move no cleaning of the table or nothing. Once seating she left but we were not given menus or nobody came to greet so after about 15 months of sitting looking like sitting ducks I went back downstairs to see who was supposed to be our server and can we at minimum get menus. She gave me menus that I dispersed to my party and maybe another 15-20 min a serve came over who looked flushed and overwhelmed. Order went in good took 1 hour to come out which wasn’t hot lamb chops were undercooked, and we all order mash potatoes with the $40 meal deal and got Mac and cheese in which she said after she brought out they didn’t have any ready after already and hour of waiting. The food was flavorless, the mac and cheese dry and could tell scrapped from the bottom of the pan. My other person in my party fries were soaked in grease he couldn’t eat. Then she randomly brought us out mash potatoes way after the meal said they had to make them. Overall we spent $500 for a $40 1 course meal deal that shohldve came with 3 parts, and drinks are ridiculously priced. They need to get organized, I do not think they are prepared enough for brunch and late night menu options. Honestly I need my money back.

Food was cold, mimosas were watered down. They bring out small sample portions then you can oder more. My string bean were refrigerated cold. Wait time on food was long they basically will forget about you. Had to keep getting up for refills and to order food. Was worth $145.20 for 2 people

I attended the Girls Night Out event through Eventbrite made a reservation on OpenTable for 815 Pm arrived and was seated 10 minute later understandable it was Valentine’s Day eventually was seated it took 40 mins before I got up at had to find our server to help us (she was nice and we could tell she was overwhelmed) told her where we were seated she eventually walked over 10 mins later and asked what we wanted to eat we agreed on the three course meal the salad took another 30 minutes I had to go to the bar the order our drinks when I finally got to ask for them the bartender was rude and took a minute to finally give me the drinks after receiving them they tasted like juice I asked her what was in it and she rudely replied “what I asked for” I sat back down waiting for our main dish after 20 mins minutes it arrived the dish was prepared decent my date was missing an item we shared after eating we hunted the waiter down to ask for our checks after being there at 8:15 it was now 10:50 and we haven’t received our last part of the course we asked for the cake and ten minutes later she came back with only one piece of cake we eventually paid and left all together it was absolutely ridiculous the amount of time we waited to be sat and had to wait to receive water I understand how busy Valentine’s Day is but it’s best to prepare for such a large amount of people so your guest don’t lack in results and service I would definitely not return and for sure would not recommend to my peers to come 2/5 truly I really wish we could of enjoyed our Valentines Day it’s really unfortunate!I attended the Girls Night Out event through Eventbrite made a reservation on OpenTable for 815 Pm arrived and was seated 10 minute later understandable it was Valentine’s Day eventually was seated it took 40 mins before I got up at had to find our server to help us (she was nice and we could tell she was overwhelmed) told her where we were seated she eventually walked over 10 mins later and asked what we wanted to eat we agreed on the three course meal the salad took another 30 minutes I had to go to the bar the order our drinks when I finally got to ask for them the bartender was rude and took a minute to finally give me the drinks after receiving them they tasted like juice I asked her what was in it and she rudely replied “what I asked for” I sat back down waiting for our main dish after 20 mins minutes it arrived the dish was prepared decent my date was missing an item we shared after eating we hunted the waiter down to ask for our checks after being there at 8:15 it was now 10:50 and we haven’t received our last part of the course we asked for the cake and ten minutes later she came back with only one piece of cake we eventually paid and left all together it was absolutely ridiculous the amount of time we waited to be sat and had to wait to receive water I understand how busy Valentine’s Day is but it’s best to prepare for such a large amount of people so your guest don’t lack in results and service I would definitely not return and for sure would not recommend to my peers to come 2/5 truly I really wish we could of enjoyed our Valentines Day it’s really unfortunate!

Went here with my ppl on vday. Waited an hour to be seated. Then waited an hour for our drinks. Then waited an hour for our food just for them to say they no longer have what we ordered an hour ago. Will not come again. Very unprofessional service. Will not visit again.

My friend and I went for brunch on Saturday. At first the host was going to seat us in a back corner but seeing my facial expression she moved us upstairs with a better view. Be aware you have to pay before eating which is why service started off slow for us. The omelet and waffle station was fast and good. The main entree was ok. You only get one piece of each chicken and the string beans was kind of bland. The salmon was not blackened and small. We never got our beignets or chicken sausage which was suppose to come with the meal but the mimosa filled us up. Unlike other establishments they never rushed us out after our 1.5 hr reservation was completed. The DJs was the best thing for this okace. Although the crowd was a little dry, the DJ had the best mix of old and new school music which I enjoyed. We stayed for hours because of the music. Overall this place is a 3.5 due to lack or service and food. Will try this place again.

Visited on a Friday night around 6:30p. Thought it would be busy, so I made a reservation, but we were the only guests. The venue is very spacious. I ordered the 3-course meal with a glass of wine for $40. I had the Caesar salad (it's the only option), I also selected the lamb chops entree. The lamb chops were severely overcooked, and they came with mashed potatoes and spinach, which both were decent. For the 3rd course, dessert, I had a bowl of fruit. They have hookah as well. I was charged $70 for the hookah and $35 refill. After paying for the hookah, there was an employee that let me know that I should not have been charged for the hookah, because they don't charge for hookah on Friday nights. He offered to correct the problem and gave us another hookah and free refill. As the night progressed, more people began to show up around 9p.
