We had made a reservation to stay at this hotel for one week, eagerly anticipating our first family visit to Washington DC. However, a family medical emergency arose, and I promptly contacted the hotel to explain the situation and inquire about the possibility of changing our stay dates or receiving a credit for a future visit. Unfortunately, despite my explanation and request, they refused to accommodate us. This refusal resulted in a significant financial loss for us. I'm so glad we chose to stay here! One block away from the metro. Food, restaurants, etc, are within walking distance. Stephen Cubbage was a delight, and he made us feel so comfortable. He filled us with his knowledge of the area. The front desk was helpful if we needed anything. If I'm ever back in DC, I will stay here again without a doubt.Walkability: One block from metro. One block from the White House.

I would call it 5 stars! This place was great, like home away from home. Stephen the manager made us feel right at home from the start. Everything is therefor you, parking, a fully equippedcomfortable apartment and a friendly professional staff. All this near everything to do in DC. Fabulous! Thank you!Walkability: We were able to walk to the White House and everything on the mall.

Stayed for a month while recuperating from foot surgery. Staff was awesome — very helpful and accommodating. Location is superb. The pet-friendly 2-bedroom suite was well equipped. Only drawback was no lounge for either coffee or cocktails but word is that might be reopening soon. The only negative was even though I was on the 11th floor there was loud construction noise early morning on Thursdays (4am) but the staff had earplugs so that was nipped in the bud quickly. A big thumbs up from me!

It was an absolute a treat to have a 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom modern and cozy condo to enjoy after a full day of sightseeing and exploring the DC area.For any family vacationing in DC area this hotel is a hidden gem and an no brainer. With a location that is 2 blocks from the white house, space to spread out, and charming lobby with a delightful bar that can help you unwind, it really does check all the boxes.Rooms: Spacious and modern with a very cozy feel.Nearby activities: Everything is nearby, dare I say within walking distance.Walkability: 2 Blocks from the white house and within 15-20 min walk to all the attractionsFood & drinks: No food in hotel, but charming bar in lobby that can take the edge off.Noteworthy details: True rarity to find this much space for the price in DC area.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room is awesome…very clean, comfortable, well appointed. FREE internet provided. Kleenex, hand lotion, and shampoo NOT provided in the room but was not a problem to pick up at a nearby drug store. I was a little blindsided by the $24 fee at check-in to cover the in-unit washer and dryer, but a little box of detergent was provided, and it was well worth the extra fee. I plan to re-book for my next trip to DC.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked a suite, and I was pleasantly surprised. It looked like a perfect apartment. It included 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom, a half bathroom/powder room, washer and dryer, living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen had a bar counter attached where my partner and I could opt to sit and eat. All appliances that we needed were available. The suite was extremely clean. I could barely see any dust :D The staff was pleasant and had extremely great customer service. Thanks to the receptionist, Shelique, was very welcoming. I will definitely be staying here in the future. It might be the only place to stay whenever I travel to Washington, DC.

Have stayed here twice. The place is convenient to the office and around corner from White House. It is nicely appointed. The rates are better than other places. The staff I've interacted with have been excellent. I choose to stay here for business and family trips. If you're looking for a high quality, convenient and well priced place, look no further.**update on price they jacked up rate to almost $1000/night from a more reasonable $250/night....~ reduced rating **
