I must say I am highly disappointed. I just gave birth recently and my significant other went to order me a cheese burger. When I bit into my burger there is a piece of hair in my food Literally melted cheese around the string of hair. You guys have lost a customer today this is highly unacceptable.

I went to all about burger last night around 1:50-2:00am to get me and my wife a meal by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. first of all when I walked into this establishment it was never greeted I waited for a couple of minutes to see if anyone would take my order so I decided to use to self-service machine. When I’m on the machine for several minutes a gentleman walks up to me and tells me I have five minutes to place the order because they’re about to shut down with the location clearly says 3 o’clock that the close. I completely understand if it was about 15 minutes before you guys close that you weren’t taking any more orders in but we’re talking an hour before you guys close I completely felt rushed. Then I asked the lady for help on the kiosk and she gets an attitude. I ordered a medium size fountain drink but she tells me to get two cokes from inside the fridge and the cashier tells me the same thing that’s in the fridge is on the soda machine just grab a soda. I just want to state this isn’t the way that you guys should handle customers customer service should be a lot better than this location just makes me feel that I don’t wanna shop here anymore. And we didn’t even get to the food portion yet sandwiches poorly made fries were almost raw. This location needs to do a lot better there’s so much potential just terrible staff.

Today is the second day in a row where I've walked out of this place without food, despite paying $17.06 for a meal (and they still have my money!).I ordered online yesterday and, when I got there, was told that they had closed early for the holiday. Understandable, I guess, but nowhere was the change in hours posted (neither on their website nor on Google). What's worse is that their online ordering system allowed me to place the order in the first place -- and they took my money! Upon arriving to pick up, the owner sighed, told me he couldn't make my food at that point, gave me a "gift card," and told me to come back any day this week.Well, I went back the next day and explained the situation to the person at the cash register. (Unsurprisingly, the owner wasn't there.) She took my order and tried swiping the "gift card." Surprise, surprise, the gift card "wasn't activated." She couldn't serve me, despite the restaurant still having my money.She attempted to call the owner, who conveniently didn't pick up the phone. First, I was told to come back "before 5" later this week to speak to the owner, who only works until then, apparently. I explained that that was an unreasonable request for an individual who works typical hours in an office. I was then told they'd call me back once the owner got back to his employees. But still, no food.I suppose I should've just asked for a refund the first time around, but I was optimistic that they'd make good on their promise. Now I know what kind of business I'm dealing with -- it's not only one that doesn't have its act together, it's also one which doesn't empower its employees to help customers; the cashier explained that she "couldn't do anything" without the owner (she couldn't serve me, despite me having a receipt from the day before, and she could give me a refund). I repeatedly told her that this wasn't her fault and that I wasn't upset with her, but the fact that no one could help me without the owner being present, especially after being told that I was given a "gift card" to pay for my next order, was not only incredibly inconvenient, but also rather angering.At this point, I'd like a refund and nothing more, because I won't be back!

They have chili cheese fries and chili cheese dogs on the menu, and will let you order them and take your money, even though they don’t carry chili in the store.

Like the guy said they didn't put bacon on my chicken and bacon sandwich I got a grilled chicken and it was pretty tasty they put the toppings on it and just didn't put my bacon on there but people in there having a stank attitude imma go to somewhere else next time. Good to know how they are! :(

Ordered Premium Chicken tenders that were horrible. Nothing premium at all. Barely even chicken. The milkshake was ok. The ranch was disgusting

Great burgers.....good flavor, bacon was super crispy and the onion rings were fresh. Even the kids liked it.

This was the worse! I ordered from THEIR website for delivery and completed the order. I called to check on the order and the gentleman told me that they do not do delivery. I asked for my money back and he told me that if I came to pick up then he would give me $10 off, I explained to him that I was at work and that was why I requested delivery. He proceeded to tell me "well I don't know what else to do". If you are not a business that delivery then you should probaby disable that feature on your website. I asked for my money back and he told me that he woul have to do it later.

Stopped here for some lunch with my 2 super picky kids. I was served by (I assume) the owner who was extremely accommodating to my kids. Very quick service and 'delicious grilled cheeses'

My girlfriends burger was pretty good. Mine was okay but there was no bacon on my double bacon cheeseburger also forgot the sauce.. other than that it was alright. Very large portions of fries

i was in tuesday and had a good grilled chicken sandwich. nobody could understand i wanted a very simple common drink, but one of the staff said they could make it. so i went back in wednesday, while i waited for a young man to take a phone order, i was witnessing some conversations between employees. i didn't like the tone off, and left. i obviously won't be back.

I cannot believe the reviews this place has. I live in the area, I have eaten about ten of the local places nearby. This restaurant joint absolutely floors the competition I. The area. Both times I have been here so far, the food is stellar. I had to personally thank the staff and told them how amazing it was compared to every other place here. People are sleeping on this location. The food is amazing.

They had amazing customer service! The cashier and chef were really nice and answered the questions I had (about the different menu options and what certain things contained) with such politeness! It was overall a good experience and although I rarely take the time to type reviews I think this place deserves it!
