I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which was so freaking amazing, juicy crunchy and the onion rings, wow I was more than impressed and the sauce omg , The cashier was super cool and friendly and the kitchen staff was definitely on point everything fresh, the vibe the music ? I really appreciate y'all outstanding service, definitely coming back... ? ??

Never disappoints. A quick pit stop if you're looking for a juicy burger. I skipped the fries today but they are a must if it's your first time. Delicious, always fresh and fast.
Parking: Right by the Waterfront Metro. Some street parking but not a lot due to apartment buildings in the area and across the street from Safeway.

Spent $40 in this place on two burgers to not even get a thank you on top of that. I hate to play the race card but as soon a Caucasian comes in all the attention and service goes on them. Will definitely not be back.

Having lived in the SW Waterfront for the past 15 years, I can confidently say that this is the best burger spot in the neighborhood. The food is consistently fresh, and the customer service is outstanding. A special shoutout to the gentleman who works the register in the evening—his friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude always make my visits enjoyable.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, small fries and Pepsi($21). Let me start with the good side, the fries were really generous, it looked like a large size. When you pick up your order, they ask if you would like their own sauce, I recommend you try it. The burger was below average, the bread was not fresh, the meatballs were big but tasteless, I'm sure you can eat better in any American restaurant. I would also like to point out that the toilets are locked and for this you have to go to the cash register and say that you want to use the toilet. And that's the most striking part. They give you a big wooden stick with a key tied to it with a rope. You go and open the toilet door with this stick and then bring the stick back to the safe. It is never hygienic.

I got the bacon cheeseburger and my husband got a chicken sandwich. We shared a medium fry. Sandwiches were amazing! I can’t race enough about them. The burger especially for me!(It was not full of grease and messy like you find at the place this is inspired from) For me the fries are just ok, but I like them to be extra crunchy which I get is hard to do with natural cut fries so I’m not going to down them for that! Service was excellent. Staff was beyond friendly and food came out super hot and fresh! I can’t wait to come back to DC to visit here again!
