5 stars all around!! What a great place to grab pizzas in DC!
Pizzas were delicious, reasonably priced, and bigger than we expected! Each pie has 6 slices, which ended up being a bit too much for the 2 of us to finish.
The drinks were amazing as well, and the manhattan was one of the best I’ve had in a while.
Service was quick, very attentive, and well worth the experience!

Love this place! The best pizza in DC! The crust is phenomenal. We had the pepperoni and the artichoke pizza with dipping sauces and a chopped salad - everything was the best quality. Recommend highly!

All the appetizers, pizzas, and desserts were delicious. Recommend the Sedgwick! The service was absolutely impeccable. Leftovers were also packaged nicely for us.

Wouldn't really recommend to anyone looking for food while staying in this area. Decided to order a pizza online for my partner, friend, and I, and was met with a 12' in pizza for $24. Since the pick up app and online sources refused to point out how big their pizzas are, we assumed they might have been larger based on the pictures of several people around these pizzas found on yelp. However, we did not see the physical menus until later which state they are all 12in pies which should be noted in the description across all sites, including their own toast take-out site. Complete oversight on pretty important information considering the price. Regardless, we are all of the opinion that this place is insanely overpriced pizza for a slightly above average taste.
I will be dreaming about that breakfast sandwich. No notes, it was excellent! I ate it so fast I forgot to take a photo. Also, the fries are hand cut and fresh! And Teresa was very sweet and great as my waitress. I’ll definitely be back! Can’t wait to try the pizza.

Had the best Italian sauvignon blanc I've ever had. Pizza was great and so were the appetizers.

We hosted our board dinner here, with a small reception at the bar and then a table for 14 (turned out to be 11) with a preselected menu. It could not have worked out better. Caesar, arrancini, pickled veggies, three different pizzas, two great desserts. Service was attentive and environment was convivial and lively. I loved the experience.

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have an average rating of five out of five. It is exceptional. Daniel at the bar is the best bartender I have ever experienced. He made the entire restaurant along with the pizza and the cozy atmosphere. We will be back.

There isn't a page for the Bethesda location so I thought I'd post here! AP Pizza Shop isn’t your average pizza joint — it’s a fresh take on the classic neighborhood pie shop. From the crisp Endive & Apple Salad (with Montasio cheese and cider vinaigrette) to the decadent white pizza topped with whipped ricotta and truffle honey, every dish feels intentional and elevated. The crust strikes that perfect balance of crisp and chewy, and the menu’s mix of New York– and Sicilian-style pies keeps things interesting. You can grab a slice at the counter or make it a full sit-down experience. It’s approachable, creative, and just different enough to stand out in Bethesda’s dining scene. If you love pizza but want something a little more thoughtful — this spot nails it.

We ordered dinner here from DoorDash had it to and had it delivered to our hotel after the Marine Corps marathon this weekend. The food was delicious and the homemade cookie was to die for. But your real shining star is Aaron. He answered the phone when I called to make a special request for our DoorDash order. He was extremely kind, very helpful and accommodating. I mentioned my best friend ran the marathon that morning and he sent a sweet message on our bag. Overall, our experience was great, but Aaron made our day. We would recommend your pizza and your kind staff any day ❤️ thanks for feeding us

Best Italian food I’ve had in DC. Well done classics. Rice balls, antipasto salad, and rainbow cookie cake are all delish
I've been here a few times and keep coming back. The pizza is elevated, drinks are really nice, and the price is just right. It's a bit difficult that they ask groups to buy a package, so we just reserved two groups of 5 to get around it - worked for us.

My friends and I were craving pizza after a fun night out, and this may be the best late-night pizza we’ve ever had. They made the pizzas to order (hot from the oven!), quickly, and the ingredients used seemed very fresh. The interior was very cute and we had great service at the bar. We tried the Supremo and The Standard, and everyone left satisfied!

Visited Washington for a week, and this place had the best pizza I’ve ever had hands down! The food was incredible, the service was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.
What really stood out was they even had a separate oven dedicated to gluten-free pizzas, which was a huge plus.
If you’re in town and love pizza, this spot is an absolute must-visit!
