All-Purpose Shaw is located in Navy Yard directly by the waterfront and walking distance from the National Stadium.
The service here was good. We were immediately seated and greeted by our waiter who recommended their popular pizza dishes. Unfortunately, we didn’t go with his top recommendations and just got the Supremo pizza, which was giving fresh pizza i.e the flavor was lacking a tad. Maybe we should have tried the Buona or the Sedgwick. Either way, we had a decent experience here.

Great pizza! A little pricey and you definitely need 1 pizza for every 1.5 people which makes it $$. They were very accommodating of a request to do half of one topping and half of another. Hostess was super friendly! Pizza reheated really well.

We went here for their summer restaurant week brunch and we were blown away with how tasty everything was. The salad was fresh and had a great tangy punch to it. The pastry was crumbly and was paired perfectly with the blueberry jelly. And the pizza was hands down some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. We love a plain cheese NY slice, and their cheese was equally good. But their Sedgwick pizza was next level. Highly recommend for vegetarians also, and don’t forget to get dippies with your pizza when you go—we loved the feta and volcano ranch dippies.

GF review: They do have gf pizza crust, you just have to ask. However, be warned, it might be the worst gf crust I’ve ever had at a pizza place. So bad, it’s like they’re trying to limit orders. Way too doughy and undercooked. Otherwise, gf options are extremely limited.
The regular pizza, I’ve heard, is fine. Nice thin crust, just nothing too special. Order the feta ranch dipping sauce. Drinks are good and the bar tenders are super friendly.

The atmosphere is cozy and the service is on point.
I got the hot honey pepperoni pizza and really enjoyed it. They have a great beer selection and some interesting custom cocktails.
The price of pizza here is the best price for food you will find in the area and the quality is better than other restaurants.
Perfectly cooked thin chewy crust and flavorful , fresh and well proportioned toppings made the pizza here delightful. The cocktails were also very well- done and the heirloom tomato panzanella salad was a real treat.

The most rude place I have been in my life with the snappiest and rude waiters ever. No attention to details and the general attitude is that we should be lucky that the staff allow us to go to their restaurant. We made a reservation for 10 and because they gave us a smaller table that didn't fit everyone they insisted that we should try to fit instead of them finding a better take. I went there once and never again!
