Wings cooked fresh, they were really good

Go to the Marlow Hights, or Allentown rd& Temple Hills Rd locations. The staff is very unprofessional and they only give you 2 dip sauces for 20 wings you need 4 to eat all your wings with the dip sauces. I asked for 4 they said I would have to pay $2 more for 2 sauces. I let them know i have been an America's Best customer for 10 years and asked for the Manager the lady at that location refused to get the manager.

Do NOT waste your money at the Alabama Ave location. They severely lack professionalism. I placed an order on 1/29/25. I plcaed an order via GrubHub. It was simple: chicken wings and a large salad.

The issue: they gave my order to some other delivery driver instead of the actual delivery driver. First they were giving her a hard time by verifying if she was the actual person. Ironic.

So she called me and we BOTH confirmed to the "manager" we are who we are: the delivery driver and the person who the driver is suppose to drop the food off to.

They decided that they weren't going to remake the order. So the delivery driver contacted GrubHub customer service and they canceled the order. But I had to order the same thing from a different location and pay more than I had to the first time.

I deeply appreciate the driver for going through great lengths all because The restaurant fumbled altogether. They don't keep track of who's supposed to pickup what nor do they even bother to verify if it's accurate. They deserve ZERO stars.

I was told by a worker that cheeseburger is halal حلال, and i am noting it down here for future reference in case someone else looks for halal food. Most other stuff in this store may not be halal, or the condition of the cheese burger might now be different, so double check before you buy.

Did an order via uber eats, requested all flats. Did not receive all flats !!

The last two times I brought 10 buffalo wings when I got home I look in and it was only 9 wings I need to start counting my wings before I leave the store and they are stingy on there sauce

Ordered a Fifteen piece wings ask him not to cook it hard. They slathered it with sauce , so you couldn't Tell 1 of 2 things, thanks.The wings were old Or there was extremely overcooked taste like a little bit of both. When they opened up, I guess they took pride in what they was doing.But now no , don't go there unless you want Stomach issues.

Don't recommend. Only 1 sauce for 10 wings. They charge 75 cents for an extra. Wings are ok if no where else is open.

Food and quality WAS excellent. However I noticed recently that they have not only increased the price of their wings but changed the size of them to party wings.So now I’m paying more for less food. Poor decision, especially to someone who loved their food.

I genuinely try not to come to this location unless I really have to because it’s convenient. When I do come it’s always very mediocre. They over cook wings to the point where they are super dry and it’s hard and not edible. Today, I ordered a steak and cheese and it was literally served to me cold. At this point, I’ll rather choose McDonald’s than go back to them or better yet Quick Way next door.
