I visited two American Best Wings restaurants this week. The first one was in Eastover Shopping Center, where the place was quiet and clean, and the staff were pleasant. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo, which came with fries. The chicken was tender and delicious, and the fries were just right. You get a lot of food for your money! 5 stars for them! The American Best Wings in Hechinger Mall on Benning Road was awful. I ordered the same thing (3 piece tender combo) but got wings/fries instead. They both were overcooked, almost burnt. When I asked to exchange my order from the Wings to the tenders, the woman was upset and made me wait 45 minutes to an hour for my order. I felt it was done spitefully bcuz two other people were served their orders, and I was there before them. When I finally got my order, it was overcooked as well. I didn't eat the fries bcuz they looked burnt! They get NO star at all bcuz I should not have been treated that way or pay for something I didn't order!!!

Order wingettes.were very small.than normal size cook.to hard this place had fall off.since new owner good.was.biggger and better to taste wings didn't taste.the same.either they need a new cook.and up.grade .

The short Indian man always looks confused and forgets who ordered what. I’ve never seen a store run in such a disorganized manner wait times are easily 30+ minutes on their SLOWEST days
