I've been sleeping on this place too long - very solid pizza!

I placed an order for pizza, wings, and cheese bread from Slice App, (Angelico Pizzeria). Unfortunately, the order was delayed, prompting me to contact the pizza establishment. The representative informed me that she would contact the driver to verify the situation and then call me back. Regrettably, she failed to make the call.
Upon receiving the pizza and the remaining items, I discovered that they arrived 45 minutes late and were cold. I attempted to contact the place and spoke to the owner, Mustafa Misirci, but he engaged in an argument with me, asserting that the pizza could not be cold and that he would come and pick up the pizza and the rest of the orders. He then abruptly ended the call.
I attempted to contact him again and inquired if he would be able to remake and send the order while he was picking it up. He responded that it was busy and would take a long time, resulting in the pizza becoming cold again. He then hung up the phone before I could request a refund.

The delivery person arrived and picked up the order. I had anticipated that the refund would be processed the same day, but it did not happen. I contacted the next day, and the representative who picked up immediately informed me that they were not accepting any orders from me. I expressed the reason of my call to check the status of refund, but she insisted on contacting the manager and requesting my information. I questioned how she could know it was me when I had made the call, and she said she’s busy and hung up on me without further communication.

This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional.

After waiting several days without any resolution, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

I had ordered from Angelico Pizzeria on multiple occasions, and in the past, they sent incorrect orders. When I ordered Thin Crust, they sent me the original crust instead. They then remade and sent it to me. I have always provided special instructions when placing orders.

To be honest, I believe that the management has undergone some changes or something. The owner, Mustafa Misirci, needs to receive customer service training and anger management counseling. It is unacceptable and unprofessional for a business owner to engage in such behavior with a customer.

we got two of their sandwiches and to be honest.. Subway is Head and shoulders above what they gave us.. there's a lot of other choices in the area pick one of them

I ordered their fettuccine Alfredo with chicken added and slice of cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was decent as you think any cheese pizza is like. The fettuccine was…oily and gritty? Like the cheese was stale and it wasn’t completely melted? And the portion of it was not equivalent to the price tag. I actually didn’t finish it and just dumped half of it, that’s how bad it was. I’m never ordering from here again.

Great service! They accidentally gave me the wrong order at pickup and when I called they sent a driver out immediately with another pizza.

Will not order or dine here again! Food = 2 (out of 5) It's just OK. The pizza is decent, pasta dishes tend to have a fishy taste, chicken is fried hard sometimes. Overall, quality is not consistent. Service = 0 (out of 5) Do not order online. This location (7311 Georgia Ave NW) has a habit of cancelling orders via 3rd party apps, without notification and consistently fail to refill the order or attempt to satisfy the customer. Ambiance = 3 (out of 5) It's ok, just your typical Pizzeria dinning.

Weird that this place has reviews all over the place. I ordered from Ubereats multiple times but they were under the name "Calzone and Stromboli". It's always been pretty solid. Feel like it could show up a little hotter (I'm not very far away), but the crust is really good and the fillings are great.
