While the service was fast, the breakfast food is just ok for the price point. Also, the bench seats need to be refurbished.
Didn't have high expectations since it's hotel food but the avocado toast was not great and the eggs definitely tasted like the “quick” scrambled eggs powder. For the price the value was not great. But the staff and ambiance were fine, just wouldn't recommend for the food.
Love sharing the memory of the Mighty Mo with my nephew on his birthday. My brother and I are children of the 60's and 70's and remember Hot Shoppe and Mighty Mo's vividly because we spent a lot of time there, but my nephew had not heard of either restaurant. He loved the food and thought the Mighty Mo was the best hamburger he had had in a long time. Enjoyed the Cole Slaw and Onion Rings as well. Bravo Anthem!
The quality of the food was decent although portion sizes ran a little small. Be prepared to order a side in addition to a main dish for breakfast. The service was okay, although it seemed an odd practice for them to leave the bill with you as soon as your food arrives as opposed to when you are nearly finished with your meal.
The food was good, but not worth the price. The menu is basic and does not have anything worth mentioning.

Home away from home! We have stayed here over a number of years. Great DC hospitality at its best!
Stayed at the Marriott during a week long convention, the food was very tasty and service was quick despite the number of guests at the hotel. I would definitely recommend.
The waiter was excellent and understood our time constraints after the restaurant did not honor my 11:30 am reservation. My below average rating is due to the restaurant extending breakfast hours with a hand written note on a sign outside the restaurant. The website was not updated and allowed patrons to reserve the communicated 11:30 lunch time. Management was unmoved with those of us that now had to wait 30 minutes to even be seated.
I had breakfast at this hotel restaurant on 6 days in June. We were provided with a $35 voucher but they want you to choose from a very limited menu. The line to get in on one day was very long and despite trying 3 times, I gave up as I did not want to wait. The food is OK but just that.

Easy spot for breakfast while at the hotel. Food is a little above average. Bacon is not crisp.
The Anthem has good seats and wonderful acoustic. But parking and walking to venue can be daunting and crowded.
great food service and atmosphere prices were pricey but food was good
Server was overall unpleasant with an I don't care attitude. Hash browns were mushy on the inside and greasy on the outside. Eggs Benedict eggs were overdone, sauce was too thick, English muffin was mushy. Ordered a side of bacon that arrived after the meal. Only redeeming thing about the meal was the orange juice, which was great to wash down the food.
The lamb tacos were delicious spicy and tender
