Server was overall unpleasant with an I don't care attitude. Hash browns were mushy on the inside and greasy on the outside. Eggs Benedict eggs were overdone, sauce was too thick, English muffin was mushy. Ordered a side of bacon that arrived after the meal. Only redeeming thing about the meal was the orange juice, which was great to wash down the food.
Quite busy at lunchtime and that may have contributed to my main (pasta) being not very warm at all. Sent back and same happened with the replacement. Was a business lunch so couldn't really interrupt to send it back again.
We stayed at the Marguis for four nights and ate here often. Lovely staff and absolutely delicious food! The humble environment is deceiving: the food and service are high end, but it's a casual and inviting atmosphere. Don't bother with other restaurant if you are staying at the hotel; this is all you need for breakfast and lunch. They do not offer dinner.
Not a bad burger joint but so many better options in close proximity around the convention center. Nothing here that will make me want to come back.
Smaller venue but very cozy, got GA and we’re in the back and was still fine. Food was quick and service was very nice. Had free water ready as well

Our waiter, Ahmed, asked us if we were ready to order food when we had just sat down. When we said we needed more time our waiter heavily and loudly sighed and walked away very annoyed and rudely.
Great hotel lunch! Rosa was a delight ?

We really enjoyed our time at Anthem. The staff was wonderful, friendly, serving with a smile. They all went the extra mile to make sure you had everything you need. The food is more than adequate, delicious. Thank you!

Good place to go if you need somewhere close to the convention center, but service is slow and the food below average.

The food was great. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed and therefore led to slower than expected service. The options on the menu accommodated a diverse group of people.
I recently enjoyed breakfast at Anthem Restaurant located in the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C., and overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant offers a spacious and elegant setting, making it perfect for starting the day on a positive note. The breakfast menu had a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The food was served quickly, well-prepared and delicious, with fresh ingredients. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to decent meal it was a little less personal than what you’d expect to get in a Marriott out of the city. I would still recommend Anthem Restaurant for a satisfying breakfast experience in the heart of the city that is super fast to help you get to meetings etc on a full belly…but $7 for coffee is silly.

Whatever you do do not order the Caesar salad. It was probably the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It had anchovy skins, barely any dressing, and a weird unappetizing mix of kale and Romaine. Service was friendly but very overwhelmed. I’ve eaten here before and other things on the menu are decent.

Due to a shortage of staffing, it seemed that the waiter was pressed for time, given the greeting he gave us, when he said “what do you want to eat?” In addition, the food was on the bland side (Eggs Benedict). However, I did enjoy the Marriott Continental Breakfast.
We had a reservation, but no one was checking anyone in so we had to wait behind walk ups. I ordered 2 items and received one correct item and one completely wrong item. We waited 40 minutes to be told they would not accommodate my child's food allergies. Waiter gave us the news and the wrong order and then walked away without saying anything. The entire experience was a disappointment.
